We love visiting this petsmart for our pretty supply needs. Prices are good, items are usually always in stock and of course our fur babies are always welcome to shop with us! All the employees I’ve encountered have been so friendly and helpful.

My dogs 🐕 ❤ it when me and my husband shop here. They always get a treat or more. They gave excellent service. 👏

I've been taking my 65 lb poodle to their grooming salon for 5 yrs now and the staff is wonderful! Melody is gentle and has 'Frankie' looking adorable. Chloe and the others are accommodating and friendly- so deserving of 5 stars!

There fish care is great! The tanks always look super clean! They look like they put a lot more hay for the Guinea pigs and the hamsters have a little more bedding then last time! This petsmart is the best one I have ever been too!

They are the best in town!! Miss Bethany is the BEST and Sarge absolutely loves her! She is so caring and loves her job. She is the Best in our book!!!

McKayla did a great job grooming our 'white Shepherd' (husky/gsd) Atlas. He had devolped matts on his underside. She managed to make him look great and only shaved the belly where needed. My pup is happy and more comfortable now. I would recommend recommend McKayla at this petsmart for grooming.

Excellent place to shop for your fur babies

Clean, well stocked, and organized store! The girl in.the fish section. (Sorry I'm horrible with names) Was super informational. She guided me on what I needed, didn't need, and could add later if desired. Was just trying to push a sale. Was very personable. After she got my fish together. She not only took them to the register and returned to let me know THE exact cashier's name and checkout #. She brought back a sale paper, a shopping basket, and was willing to help me with my other needs. Out of her section. Showed me the best way to bundle and save. Told me all the pros and cons about my pets essentials.I really admire friendly, happy to assist employees. That actually are HAPPY TO BE EMPLOYED, HAPPY TO HELP AND PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, we ALL learn NEW THINGS EVERYDAY. JUST personally if you work in a specialty area. It's GREAT TO BE Knowledgeable AND LIKE OR HAVE TIRED THINGS Regarding YOUR SPECIALTY. NEVER GOOD WHEN THEY HATE IT, NOPE NEVER HAVE NEVER WILL JUST FILLING THE WARM BODY SPOT✓✓✓ SO NOT THE CASE AT THIS PETSMART THXS 4 A GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. MY GO TO PET SUPPLIER

The groomer Barbie was very nice and very polite. My dog a miniature schnauzer took to her right away. Trouble is funny about who he let's around me and him self but he had no problem with her. The grooming was great she did a great job. I expect to be seeing her again.

Employees are very nice an if you ask them a question they point you in the right direction.

Had a great experience today the young cashier named Bree saved us $$ and made me very happy. Was also happy that this store represents the larger dogs with some good clothes.

May be expensive in some ways but it makes up for it in others. The selection of things to take care of your pets is huge. I wasn't aware you had to have an account to ship there but it was very quick to set up and the benefits over time are worth it.

My baby boy loves to come here and get groomed it's a little pricey but Phoenx loves it.

Chloe did an amazing job grooming our German Shepard. She’s never looked that good leaving the groomer and she got all of her loose fur out which is difficult.

Staff is always knowledgeable and courteous. When you call, they answer the phone promptly. I love the promotional offer for ordering online with curbside pickup. PetSmart will price match. They are conveniently located near me. My order was ready in 20 minutes!!! I love PetSmart!!

I have 2 big labs and a miniature dachshund.....this is the place to get them groomed! I had a appointment at 9am and Kendall came and helped me get all three dogs in! Brittany bathed them, we purchase the extra hempz treatment! She done a amazing job they smell so good! We have been a lot to PetSmart for grooming and all our pet needs! We will never go anywhere else! Hands down the best staff anywhere! My animals love them and so do we!!

the red head there is very nice and helpful is the reason i gave this 5 stars if not for her it would be like a 1 the other employees were kinda rude when my 12 year old kid wanted to see a pet for her birthday she looked up from her phone and said im 2 busy and continued to play or text on her phone a few minutes later she walked up and the lady says hey can i help u..... a child is and extension of the parents you treat them with the same respect
