Marland's Grand Home

This is a wonderful place to visit. I wish we had been able to take a tour to learn more about it but It is well worth visiting. The indoor pool and changing rooms are cool. I understand it was the first indoor pool in Oklahoma. Very interesting history of the home and the family who lived there.

I really love the intricate design. If you wait for the tour guide, they take you to places in the mansion that can’t be seen on your own.

The outside is beautiful. Was on the property on a Sunday when they were closed. They are closed on Mondays as well. Good excuse to go back!

This place is amazing. Make sure you have hours to look at all the items on display!

A very beautiful home to tour. The gal was nice and very educated on the home and history. We had a good time visiting the house. It's $5 per adult to get it.

Just deserving of being called the grand Home. So rich with history that has been preserved for many future generations to see! Worth your time to view and packed full of interesting items! You won't be disappointed! I felt like I had stepped back in time. There is a audible history available via a smart phone to help be your tour guide on this self guided tour.

Didn't make it in time to go in, but it's a beautiful house. Definitely a must see if your in Ponca City.

This is an awesome place to go see some of the Ponca City history. Ms. Jane is very sweet and worth getting to know. You have to go see her and this mansion. Beautiful place

Nice venue to tour, staff was very nice and helpful. Do this home first and then do the mansion across town.

Do not sleep on this amazing museum! The Marland mansion is bigger and even more grand, but this home had so much history to explore. Wonderful staff, super kind and helpful with a lot of information about the home and the family. Tons to look at, you'll need more than an hour to get through the whole house.

Don't let all the construction going on at the house deter you, the full tour is available. Suggest doing this one prior to the mansion tour. Also, spring for the $5 guidebook, it has a lot of the same info as the reader boards but adds more pictures. Note that the lunchtime closure on Google is wrong; they actually close 11:30-12:30.

After visiting the 101 Ranch remains, we were delighted to see that the Marland Grand House showcased photos, artifacts, and stories of the Miller Bros’ 101 Ranch. The Marland House brought the stories to life, as well as answering our questions with the self guided tour. Period furniture, appliances, and decor fit perfectly into the home. Many state of the art items were still intact and perfectly preserved. It was an enjoyable visit to turn of the century Old West cowboy days, with an English flair. The museum is well worth the $5 admission. Our next trip will include the Marland Mansion.

Beautiful old home. Well maintained, staff is well informed about its history. Great place to visit. We especially loved the gorgeous stairway!

I really enjoyed the tour and artifacts. The Sun Room was our favorite.

Rented the East dining room for a pre prom social found the location of the home to be perfect. The front steps make a great place to take group photos!

The Grand Home was a delightful experience for the family. It was enjoyed by all, from grandparent to the elementary school age children.
