AT&T Store

No waiting line so I was met on arrival.

My tech showed no hesitation to dive in based on my initial description, but when I mentioned one more tiny detail that I had noticed on my screen he immediately recognized the trouble, showed me on my screen what to look for, and then fixed it. Or maybe he actually fixed ME! He was good!

My phone broke and was limited on how much I could spend and was kinda freaking out. Robert was pretty awesome and knowledgeable about all my concerns! Literally saved the day considering my phone is how I make my living not only got the phone I wanted left with a new smart watch and my tablet will be in on Monday lol Highly recommend! All the staff were chill with great attitudes. This was my Best att store experience yet! Thank again Robert..

I’m an 89 year old woman and I always have trouble with my iPad and iPhone - Sadonna is always willing to help me and knows exactly what she is doing! She is such a great asset to this store! I just love her!

The staff was very informative and helpful. Also very friendly. I feel they go out of their way to resolve any questions or problems. Great people.

Wow! What service! I have always hated going into an AT&T store, since we always went to the corporate Stillwater store. But we decided to try a different location, in hopes to have a better experience. And can I say that Clinton made us more loyal to AT&T than ever, I have never received such stellar service from a provider before. He went above and beyond to help us out, and I can’t express how grateful my husband and I are for his service. Thank you Clinton for everything! You can be sure that we will make sure your there before we come in. Thank you again!

Brenda was such a big help. Not pushy at all in trying to sale you new devices or push you into upgrade to get a better plan. Instead she listen to everything we had to say and worked with us on finding the best plan that work for us. She really goes above and beyond and take her time explains everything from your plan to your bill. I was very pleased with her assistance. Highly recommend!

We decided to go with AT&T for our cell service , Jeremy, at this AT&T store in Ponca City, oklahoma helped us get the new S23+ Samsung Android cell phone , AT&T has improved in cell coverage from 6 years ago when we had there service and wasn't too hot back then, so we switched to Verizon, but in 6 years with Verizon our cell bill kept going up and benefits kept going down, now AT&T prices for service has gone up too, but AT&T gives you more perks when trading in your old phone then Verizon wanted to do for us, AT&T gave us $1K off on $1200 dollar phone , Verizon best for upgrade was $350/line , and we had to pay $232 for taxes & activation , which AT&T is about the same , plus our monthly cost is same amount with our old cells with Verizon, plus we have 5 G which Verizon doesn't have here in North central Oklahoma , now that I have rambled on just stop by AT&T in Ponca City oklahoma, ask for Jeremy and you will get a good deal.

Essence really helped me out a lot today! I was not happy walking in with several things and she changed that all. Leaving satisfied with my bill and much more! Thank you!

Great place to get a phone upgrade! We already knew what model we wanted so we were in and out in under 30 minutes. Friendly, helpful staff too. No wait either.

Went to ATT store to exchange phone was treated very good. The employees were friendly and helpful. The only bad thing was my phone was slow about transferring and I was getting hungry. But they got us on our way. It was a good experience and thank you to the employees.
