Amanda was very understanding and great to work with while getting my vehicle. I even had to switch it out due to size and she made it easy, also very funny to talk to. Made my experience a lot better, it’s a huge commitment and she made sure I understood everything and left with no questions. Bryce was also very helpful! I appreciate the experience and doing business with them!

This Carmart is the best iv dealt with very clean, professional the staff is Amazing they make you feel at home they don't judge you for coming to them to help get a vehicle which by the way I LOVE MY CAR ...AMANDA is amazing!! Iv dealt with the Stillwater dealership and those people are rude, they look down on you as well. I will continue my business at the Ponca location wish I could give them a 10!!

My husband and I had went to more than one car lot today, 02/25/23, to look at purchasing a vehicle. We wound up deciding to go to Car Mart of Ponca City. The salesman, Bryse(sp?), and Amanda, were phenomenal. The whole team at carmart greeted my husband and I as we had first walked in. We were in and out within 2 hours, and got a 2015 Ford focus. Very pleased and satisfied. If you are looking for outstanding customer service, and sound vehicle with low monthly payment, visit carmart.

The staff is always there to greet you with a smile.the car selection is awesome and the new manager john Morgan is the absolute best .we had a major job change that put our payments off and he went above and beyond to work with us. For several months we have been fighting cancer and the bills that come with it john. And Amanda both worked with us through this difficult time and we where able to hang on and work it out to keep our beautiful2016 ford .thank you john Amanda and the entire ponca city carmart team you guys are a great 10 star team . thank you. I've gotten two vehicles from here and just like any normal person I have had trouble from time to time making my payment if you call them in a reasonable time don't be trying to call them 2 months out after your payment's been due and try to set something up call them the week of and they will gladly do whatever they can do and then some to get you through it to be honest they don't want their car back they just want your money and they are willing to take a small payment this time if you make it up later not a big deal. I have bought one from ponca City and I've bought one from Stillwater to be honest they're both really great places for people like me that don't have the best of credit but in Stillwater the guy friends it was my second vehicle really took great great care of me I couldn't be happier
