I love it when things at Lowe’s are where they are supposed to be. I did two employees ask me if I was ringing everything ok. Good awareness!

Had a great experience this morning. Noel at self check registers. She was so polite and was eager to help. Thanks Noel!

Went right to the hardware section we needed. Then went to see the plants and stuff in lawn & garden. Found all of last year's planters half off, yippee!

Lumber guy helped me with picking out boards...very nice and the checker loaded in my truck..great kid!

Had an issue for two months with an ice maker. J J at Ponca city Lowe's took care of it. Lowe's needs more people like J J that care about the customer. Thanks JJ for all the help Gary Howarth

It's always fun to shop at Lowes, lots of must haves for projects.

The people at lowes are always very helpful, I choose to go to the pro area in the back for most of my needs, everyone in that area are very knowledgeable when it comes to the materials needed for my jobs or other projects. I highly recommend you ask for Spencer when and if you need help, although everyone can help you in the commercial sells area.

Light crowd, plenty of staff around to help. Had one chase (lol) me down to ask if I was interested in a water treatment system. N
I wasn't. But everyone very helpful (except when it came to helping me remember one item I meant to get- another trip being planned) and wanting to help.

This place has about everything. Prices are average. Staff are friendly.

I ordered a garage door from Lowe's in Ponca City. Took a lot longer to arrive than I expected. The store manager "Micha" stayed on top of things and kept me informed. He refunded the total amount and still made sure my garage door was installed! It took a minute, but you hung in there and got it done. Thanks too everyone!

Needed a mower they helped me pick it load it and I love the friendly service and knowledgeable staff!

Great customer service. Was asked by three different workers if I needed help and was able to find what I needed, at relatively good prices, in timely manner.

I came in today to purchase fence lumber, I dealt with Bruce in pro services. He was so helpful and knowledgeable! I appreciate that kind of customer service that’s hard to find these days! Thank you again Bruce!

Outstanding customer service. They go out of their way to make your experience manageable. They are amazingly veteran friendly. Even with the coronavirus issues they have worked pretty tirelessly to make it work while dealing with only God knows supply shortages. Great company.

I go to Lowes 6 days a week to buy materials etc. Lowes senor staff had lunch for contractors today and breakfast the other day. Thank you for the appreciation. I appreciate you all as well.

The best Lowe's too visit and buy from. They may not be the biggest but the managers Brad and Micah make you feel like family. We are greeted by name from employees. We have limited income and we are constantly finding good buys at this store.

We got a good washer.

I wanted to get a stand for my power miter saw but the one I wanted was out of stock. Calvin in hardware said he could get one from another store in about a week or two. I agreed. After I left, he did some extra digging and was able to get one the next day. He called me when it came in and helped load it into my truck. Great to experience such good customer service, especially on a weekend at the Ponca City store!

I’ve been waiting to complete a project for a good while now. I went into the Lowe’s in Ponca City to pick up a router. I spoke with Chris over the phone, and met up with him at Lowe’s. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. And he did it so willfully. Only been in here a few times but it was a good experience and he deserves credit for giving great customer service.

It was okay nothing to complain about. Workers were nice and not bothersome, well stocked and well maintained.
