Plumber Ponca City - Drain Doctor

Very happy with this company! I hadn’t had water in 3 weeks and they came out the day I called them and had my pipe fixed in a couple of hours. They sent out Bass. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks and will tell people how great he was!

Dexter and his team @ Drain Doctor are extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled, and professional. Dexter continues to make the process of navigating major plumbing repairs after a winter storm incredibly simple for us. Highly satisfied with the meticulousness of their work and excellent service!

Drain Doctor has worked on many of our rent houses. They have been prompt and always get back to me letting me know the status of the project. I appreciate their open communication and timeliness in getting the job done.

I had a bathtub backing up water, so I call the drain doctor. It wasn't a emergency so we set up a time the next day to unclog it. Garrent came to my house the next day on time and was very polite and knowledgeable about what was causing the issue and unclogged my bathtub.

Clogged water softener

Was impressed being a new customer, responded quickly. Came worked on the issue. Seem to be corrected. However next day we realized only part of the issue was corrected. Notified him and he said it would be the following weekend and never heard another thing. At his rate we are not happy!
