Over the years I have had excellent service with safe. They handle all my accounts checking, savings, CD , personal loans. When a long time bank had failed me in an emergency manner .Never asked for anything until that one time. Had credit but not enough. I was told by a very good friend "where you got your money at cannot help they no longer should have your service .Close the account and take your money to a credit union". Did that. Safe has not failed me yet. My first time experience when someone attempted to make a large purchase with my credit card through Amazon. Safe was on it !! Scammers or no scam an alert is coming!! Good or Bad safe was there for me. I stand behind the service. 2006 to present. Thank you Safe Federal Credit Union for what you have done and doing !!!!

Safe has been our place of banking ever since my husband and I moved here from Queens NY, our experience over the years has been different. In the beginning it was a little rocky but when they change management things got much better. The upgrade they have implanted is great. We purchased a car loan which we paid off, there were times when money was short, and they had this plan where you could skip a month. This was a great help to us. There were times when you would come in the bank and there were only two tellers, and the wait was longer. Let me tell you what happened one of the officers who was at her desk announces that she could help the next person online which was me, so I stated that I wanted to withdraw some money and she said I can do that a few minutes later I was done and out the door. I could say so much more. All in all Safe for us has been great. To be honest if I could rate higher it would be a 9 1/2 no one is perfect. ha-ha Thank you for all of your hard work and making our experience with the Safe family great... The Farmers

Everyone is always friendly and nice. They treat me well and. are respectful. I love banking with safe. There is one older white lady I feel is rude and disrespectful. My whole family says the same. They all bank here too. I always use drive thru .

Clerk was courteous and patience. She was able to navigate quickly and efficiently. There was no waiting.

Love dealing with Safe. I have been with them for almost 20 years now. Great service!

All in all it was a great experience from the time I entered until the time I left. Very comfortable.

Not only do they treat you like you are the boss there are so many benefits to your advantage compared to a bank like no fees and lower interest rates.
