We came across this place while on a road trip and decided to stop in for lunch. We're so glad we did! We originally thought the good rating probably had more to do the with the Lizard Man theme, but we were pleasantly surprised that both the food and the service were great as well! The Lizard man burger, Stallion hoagie, chips, fries, and fries green beans were all delicious! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! Definitely worth stopping in for a bite!

I've eaten here with family a few times and it's always been the same. The food is great, the service is top notch, and even when it's busy it never feels overcrowded.
They take the time to make every visit personal and great.

Been driving by for a long while but never when they were open... Finally had lunch!!! Was great! They were crowded but we were served quickly. The food was great! Everyone at the table commented on the great taste!! Will be going back!!

Had to stop here on the way to hunt for the lizard man! Honestly wasn’t expecting much and was going for really just because it was supposed to be a lizard man themed-ish place and was surprised at how much we like the food. For what it is (burgers and such) it was great! The burger was excellent and so was the service. Had the lizard man burger and a hot dog with some beers and fries. Our server directed us to where we could buy lizard man shirts down the road. We tried to find him at the swamp but no luck, this time: LONG LIVE LIZARD MAN!

Litteral definition of a hidden gem. Quick, friendly service with an Excellent burger, homemade chips were on point, and the rustic decor was very cool. Will be my go to spot anytime I'm working in the area now on. Clara took good care of me, even with the revolving door or people coming in and with a large amount of call in orders.

My favorite place to eat. I love the waitresses and service.. the food is always good. It has the greatest atmosphere.

Fun place to stop for a bite. You may even see the Lizard Man! Food was great and friendly staff. Busy place with lots of locals. Good sign. Will come back.

We weren’t sure about the place as we drove up, but as soon as you walk in the door you feel the comfort and friendly atmosphere! Staff were so helpful and the food was really delicious! Maybe you’ll see the lizard man! They told us we had missed him as he was around earlier that morning! Go!

Great off the beaten path country dive restaurant. Cute and good food. Recommend the french dip

Have dined there a couple of times. Great Food and service was great also! You must try the Chicken Salad. Delicious and good portion.

Absolutely worth the hour and a half drive there. Service was awesome, food was outstanding, and the atmosphere was interesting. Looking forward to returning.

I had half of a pimento cheese BLT with homemade house chips. I requested blue cheese dressing to dip the house chips in and the best homemade dressing came out. My husband had a Philly McMillon and fresh cut fries. Everything was so delicious. Will definitely be back.

Driving to Myrtle Beach from Chicago for a baseball tournament. Googled "restaurants" between I-20 and I-95 and the sign is what first grabbed my attention. Location (kind of in the middle of nowhere) had me skeptical for a second, but the reviews were great and we love trying and supporting small, local businesses whenever we travel. We made it in right before what I assume was the dinner rush because 10 minutes after we sat more and more people just kept walking in. Legend of the Lizard Man newspaper articles were interesting to read and the rest of the rustic decor was a little bit of everything! No rhyme or reason which I personally love. Makes it all the more interesting to look around while waiting for food. Service was fast and friendly.

My hubby and kids each really enjoyed their sandwiches, which is rare. They each had a bite of the others. Between the 4 of us we had the Philly Cheese Steak, Buffalo Chicken, Frito Pie and Mamas Chicken Salad. Nothing fancy. Simple, laid back, friendly service. I got a "good find" from the fam when we walked back to the car. 🙌

What a unique restaurant in the middle of nowhere with a great tale of a lizard man.. As for the food it was amazing And the customer service was great as well, considering we were there during one of the most busiest times. Keep up the good work don't change anything!!

Great food! We've been to Harry & Harry Too a few times and will continue to stop there when near Bishopville. Actually, their food is worthy of making it a destination drive from Columbia. I always order the Shrimp and Grits special and bring home more than I eat at the restaurant. Their sandwiches are equally delicious and huge.

I ordered an pickup order. The phone order was great and when I arrived to pick up my order, I didn't have to wait long at all. When I arrived at home the food was still hot and it was excellent. I got the shrimp and grits and I haven't had it in a long time but their shrimp and grits is wonderful. Great customer service all the way around!!

Stopped in because we were nearby looking at Scape Ore Swamp. Proceeded to have one of the best burgers ever. Pimento cheese is awesome and you never see it on a burger!

Not a negative for most people but for those who have sensitive noses like I do: you will walk out smelling like grease. Again, not a complaint, just awareness.

We were on our way home from vacation and didn't want fast food. So I found us this like cabin in the woods. The food was amazing. TBH it was the best food we have had our whole trip. Their famous lizardman burger was outstanding. And my kids loved the wings. They also loved the fried green beans and they gate greens beans normally. And they have homemade fries and chips to die for. Plus the special sauce was the cherry on top. The service was was great and all the employees were super sweet to us. The food was super fast as well. I definitely suggest stopping by. I know if we come back this way we will definitely stop there again.

Great country cooking. Try the cellar door or the chicken hawk! Seriously amazing food and great people. The atmosphere inside is one of a kind, definitely my favorite restaurant.

True hole in the wall in Bishopville. Great place to visit if hitting up Lee State Park.
Mrs B chicken salad was a hit. Good indoor and patio seating available and great decor.
