Great family owned and operated business! Wonderful hospitality and was a perfect spot for our family to enjoy some ice cream. They also offer lunch options with in house made treats!

First time there as we are visiting the area. We had chicken salad and chili dogs, and will be placing our pre-order for donuts this weekend.
Sandwiches, cookies, cup-cakes, ice-cream, cakes, parfaits, milk-shakes...

Nice flavorful sandwiches. We even ate the crust. Fair tea, not weak, not syrup either. Even offers something peculiar Unsweet tea. Excellent ice cream selection. Good to share a scoop or cone. They do big full scoops. The Pecan Praline is exquisite. Lovely location to take a stroll around the block and window shop. The Inside is clean and doesn't smell good or bad. Unisex restroom is clean. Nice date spot.

One of the employees at the orchid farm recommended this place to us . Not disappointed! Absolutely amazing place to stop for lunch. Everything is delicious and a great price. The banana pudding donut was one of the best I have ever had.

We visited The Corner Scoop yesterday for lunch. We all had hot dogs and chips. The hot dogs were great. Most of us also had delicious ice cream. Very clean inside and the nice owner gave me a tour of the large and very clean kitchen area. Free parking in the back. Recommended!

I got there too late for one of Tia’s delicious donuts. However, my lemon and red velvet cupcakes are AWESOME. Thanks, Caleb for helping me.

Great items to eat and drink however limited to one item for non dairy if you have food allergies or vegan not crowded ever and decent friendly staffing when we visited.

Newberry is my hometown! I have been following Laila’s on social media and couldn’t wait to stop by during my recent visit! I had the opportunity to chat with Laila and her dad and they are very nice people. I purchased a chicken salad, various cakes and a few donuts! Everything was fresh and delicious! Laila’s is such a great addition to the growing Newberry community!

My daughter loves this place and so am I. Awesome service and our favorite part is the Ice Cream....Mango Italian Icee/ and Cookies and Cream😋it you searching for a wide variety of desserts this is the place to Try....

If you're in the area you MUST go in. Grab some pound cake or banana nut bread and a scoop of ice cream. The service is wonderful and I cannot say enough about how delicious the baked goods are. 10 stars!

Fun ice cream shop in the middle of the cutest historic area in downtown Newberry.

Friendly staff that sells awesome desserts. The lemon square ( they called it something different but for the life of me I can't remember what) was incredible, so of the best I had. We are going to have to return and try the ice cream.

My favorite place in Downtown Newberry, I can't recommend it enough. I have been maybe a couple dozen times and brought friends here, and I always leave happy. The owners are wonderful people and extremely friendly, and their employees are no less so. They also have some of the best sandwiches and hot dogs I've ever had. Their ice cream selection is huge, and all the flavors are amazing. The entire place is also spotlessly clean. All around one of the best little places I've ever been.

Amazing! Had an Italian sub, wife had chix salad. We ended up sharing each other's meal because we couldn't decide who had a better choice. Ended up with a quart of chix salad to take home for meals.

The real experience, though, are the owners. Jason and Tia are delightful, and their kids all help at the shop, making it a truly family run business. Super friendly and attentive. We chatted while enjoying our lunch...if you get the opportunity, listen to their start up story. Really incredible. We will be back often.

I love this place so much! The people there are soooooo kind and generous! I would recommend this delicious ice cream place to anyone! My friend and I were the first people there when it opened so we got to meet the owner. He was really nice and gave us free ice cream a few times! I love this place ❤!!!!
