Just recently switched over to Nancy Harrison since our previous eye dr closed down, I personally had the best experience with her she paid attention to all of my concerns and really got down into detail and explained the issue that could be causing my problem. I was so satisfied with my experience I switched my daughter and Husband over to her. My daughter said she loved her and that she was very nice! My husband also recommends her! I would say the wait time is a bit long, but it was well worth it. I have a upcoming appt with her for this year and I can’t wait to pick out one of the designer frames they have 😁 Thank you dr Nancy Harrison and your staff we appreciate y’all!

Had a great experience with Nancy Harrison, O.D.. She was able to find me the correct prescription for glasses and contacts. I will say that there was a long wait time. My appointment was at 8:15 a.m. and I didn't get the start of my initial exam until 8:40 a.m., but I think that was on scheduling more than the Optometrists fault. Exam room was very neat and clean. Waiting area was well organized. The staff was very friendly.

I had a really good exam here, the doctor did a very good job with my prescription and the staff is always fast and attentive.

I won’t be going back! The hispanic, chunky lady was rude and did not offer to help with selecting frames. She just sat at the little desk waiting. I had to ask if she could help me. Which she wasn’t much help anyway.
This place is going to lose business if this continues.
I went to Five Points Eyecare to chose my frames and they were so professional and helpful!

After scheduling my appointment and waiting a month I went for a routine eye exam because it had been two years and I struggle seeing far when driving and needed new glasses. I’ve been wearing glasses since 10 years old. After a hour and a half of waiting in silence, getting dirty looks and talked to with no professionalism, I finally got my exam. They told me I didn’t need glasses? Doesn’t make sense to me. My eyes repaired themselves at 40 years old? Yet I can’t see? It just does not make sense. I feel like I just got robbed of my insurance and now I will have to go get another exam out of pocket else where. I will not return here.

I made an appointment for my daughter a few months back. Waited several weeks for the appointment and when I arrived at the office the staff told me I would have to reschedule because I had my baby boy with me too and no other kids are allowed in the office only the patient, PER Doctor. I explained I was a single mother and always have my baby with me. I don’t leave my baby with anyone. The office lady said “well, I’m sure you can have your mom or another family member or friend wait in the car with him next time.” I can understand limiting the number of additional people in the room but my baby was asleep on my shoulder and wouldn’t have taken up any extra room in the office. And the suggestion was very unprofessional in my opinion. I left that same day and went right down the street to another eye doctor that got me in right then and there and had no issue with me bringing my baby boy with me as well. Don’t understand why these bigger clinics have such a long wait when they treat clients this way. They were unapologetic for the inconvenience and rude. Do not recommend this practice at all.

The people that work here are rude they don't know how to talk to a customer 😒 came to get make appointments for my daughter's and get glasses we had already had prescriptions for. When asked if I had an appointment I said no and the lady said what do you want then the way she said it was every rude .

Very rude service in the front office. They have no order or routine with customers. Very little knowledge of anything to do with glasses.

The Dr. Was extremely rude to my daughter!! Came back after her prescription was wrong and the doctor was very rude to my 12 year old daughter. Took my child to another doctor in C.C. and they gave her the correct prescription. I had to pay out of pocket because I had already wasted her yearly prescription at this office.

I was very disappointing with my overall experience at Dr. Baker's office. The building is shabby and smells of must. The office is poorly decorated with mixed matched decor. Whereas this not a concern for most, it is a representation of their overall lack of effort. While in the waiting area I could here the staff in the back office gossiping very loudly, so unprofessional. The new patient forms they had me fill out looked like they had been copied from a copy of a copy on a bad copy machine and had repetitive and irrelevant information. I mentioned this to one of the office employees and she admitted that most of the information wasn't even needed and that the doctor had found that form and decided to use it. She even suggested that I tell the doctor about the forms and urge him to update them (however I did not as I did not feel that to be my place to do so). Before seeing the doctor a young lady (barely seemed old enough to be working, possible a student) conducted preliminary exams. She mumbled everything she said and I had to repeatedly ask her to repeat herself. She was very unfriendly. When I did see Dr. Baker, he REEKED of tuna fish, which may have made since had my appointment been after lunch and he had eaten tuna, but this was at 8:30 am. Not many people that I know of eat tuna for breakfast, but maybe Dr. Baker does. Most eye doctors that I've been to try to avoid making contact with the patients face. Not Dr. Baker. His hands where all over my face, even to the point of resting the side of his hand across my mouth as he examined my eyes. The rough manner in which he touched my face while holding my eyes open was actually painful. He was not as unfriendly or unprofessional as the rest of his staff, but his repeated attempts to be funny were quite off putting. I will not be going back and I strongly urge against anyone else going there. I am giving this establishment 1 star only because Google will not let me post this review unless I give it a star rating.

Will NEVER go there again. Staff was extremely rude, seems like equipment is out dated, wait time was ridiculous, not a great selection. Was told by one person glasses would be in a week, another lady said 2 weeks, well going on week 4 and still no glasses. Other daughter got contacts, when we finally received them
they were a different prescription than the trials she was sent home with. When questioned about it, was told well we didn’t have the exact ones she needed so we sent those trials home.

Nasty place. Refused to give me portions of my own prescription because I didn’t want any of their poor selection of glasses. Don’t go here unless you know you want to buy glasses specifically from them beforehand because it’s “their policy” to withhold your prescription and make it useless for you unless you buy there.
