I went as a walk in a couple weeks ago and since I didn't have an appointment it took a little bit, but totally worth it. The woman I saw at her establishment took the time to make sure everything was thorough as I just had surgery the week prior. When I went to see my surgeon he was late and 3 people were waiting for the same appointment time. That was very unprofessional. He looked at the incision site for less than a minute and sent me on my way while she was very concerned about the leaking and took a sample to see if there was an infection. She informed me to let him know about the culture she took and he paid no mind to it. He didn't even call her to confirm. Pretty sure it is infected.... She wanted me on antibiotics for 10 days and even offered a prescription, but I already had some from a previous incident. I only had enough for 6 days though, so I should have taken her up on the offer for a refill. So, I'll be going back to her office to confirm whether it is or not, because she was in my opinion 5 stars in my book. I will always go back to her for any concerns or questions. Make sure to stop by cause it'll be worth it!

With the complicated healthcare system, Keegan ( and the whole office staff for the matter) helped navigate our entire family through the appointment and visit process. We got the help we needed (great patient care) with excellent customer service! This is a rare combination in Physician offices these days. To say the very least- They are simply Awesome! They follow through as well as follow up consistently! Thank you all!!

I have never had a more better experience at a doctors offic! Everyone was so incredibly sweet and mercy really listened to what was going on with me she made me feel like she genuinely cared about my bodies well being. I will continue to go there for all my medical needs. If you are looking for a new doctors office or looking to switch I highly suggest this office.

Been going here for at least two years. Amid the Covid time I have not had to go in but had video chats with Dr. Lost job in February and have paid $80 twice for video visits with Dr. Last video chat she asked me my weight and how I felt... $80 down the drain. Had to renew prescriptio.
n again, they said they would fill 30 day supply. I asked for 90 days as I just got a job and was catching up on my bills. Lady said she would talk to Dr and call me back. I was appreciative. They did NOT call me back and only filled 30 days. Not going in during Covid times for blood work when I have been fine this whole time. Finding new Dr.. BYE. Keep your word and call your patients back

I came in as a walk-in and they took care of me fairly quickly. The consult was alright, got some lab work to be done. Have it done then never hear from them. Keep constantly calling back and checking up to see what’s the delay with the results. They say it’s just they’re so backed up in labs, that I should receive a call. Again, never got a call. Every time I call I get rude people answering the phone. Then I get told that they don’t have my results? So you didn’t want to check?... andddd when I finally call one last time, turns out everything was okay with my labs. So it’s okay to scare someone and make them wait a whole month??? Seriously!? And to answer my questions... don’t even get me started. Rather stay with my previous doctor. This office was so highly recommended and now it’s just garbage to me.
