Carabin Shaw - Accident Injury Lawyers

I am a client of Carabin and Shaw and Boy are they very helpful!!!! Mary Lou keeps me posted and up to date on EVERYTHING... I was referred to Carabin and Shaw by a previous client and they were right, they are the best... I'm very grateful to have found a company as good as theirs. Nice people and very professionals

They were very nice and sweet. And I thought everything was taking care of. Then over a year later I get a bill in the mail from the hospital. I called the hospital and they said they were in contact with Carabin & Shaw about the bill. I said I never got a bill and they said they don’t contact me because I had a lawyer and the lawyer should have handled it. And the $6000 I owe the hospital was not covered by the lawyer. I called to find out what happened and they said it is my fault for not telling them I had to pay it. I said “I told you I went to the hospital so that should have been included.” She told me you only said imaging. But I never got a bill from the hospital so I did not know about another bill and they said they talked to you all. So it should have been covered. And all she kept saying is it is my fault for not telling her about something I didn’t know about. But yet they did know because the hospital was in contact with them. If another lawyer wants to help me sue for that money I’m all for it. I can’t afford $6000 right now for their error. I’ll never use them again and I tell everyone I meet that needs a lawyer not to go here!
