She helped me look at a sink and even took the time to print out a similar sink that was within my budget. I found one and it wasn't here. She doesn't realize that she actually helped me find one for my home and i appreciate that. It wasn't about "business" to her. It was about helping a person who had a need. Needed a replacement part for one of our tubs. Joanne assisted me. She was kind, patient and extremely thorough. She went well beyond what was required.
