I recently went to CVS (Carthage) to buy some makeup and the lady at the counter (Helena) was so kind enough to help me find the best products for me. I greatly appreciate her service. God bless and have a wonderful day!

I've been coming to this CVS drive-thru for quite a while now and I love how friendly the lady pharmacists are. There has been a new guy pharmacist and he is very helpful/kind. I tried the CVS 2-day Delivery option for my mother's med's on the CVS App since all of hers are permanent and she received her shipment a day early so the $5 shipping was worth it!

I so appreciate the services and great customer service at CVS. Everyone has been very helpful and accommodating eveytime I have an interraction with the staff. The Pharmacy staff is always helpful and answers my questions. MUCH better than a Walgreens. The Manager Nicole is awesome. She will help anyway you need. Just ask.

I never complain or bash companies and I never ever complain about customer service. Staff always friendly but one thing just don't set well with me and that's being dishonest. People make mistakes but being in the medical field myself for 30+years I know how important it is to distribute medications especially narcotics. Most practices are to have someone check behind the person that counts so I have a habit of counting my tablets whenever I get them. Out of 30 tabs only 20 was in the bottle. I live a good distance from the store so I had to send my husband back. U told the Pharmacist about my findings and they put me on hold and then return and said yes it was suppose to be 30 instead of 20 tabs. No explanation given but at least they was not rude. I just hate it if there may be someone purposely miscounting those medications and doing something else with the meds. I hste for the elderly or people too sick to even worry. Insurance is going to be charged regardless so its coming from someone . What if this happens all the time and know one says anything. Just want to make everyone aware and take precautions to count your tablets when ever you get a prescription from anywhere.

They must be ordering medicine from China. I placed a refill on several months ago and not refilled. I placed another order July 22 and this is August 4th and still not filled.

Because my husband had rotator cuff surgery, the Dr. ordered a Schedule 2 pain medication for his pain management during the following seven days. When we got home from the hospital (an outpatient surgery)at about 6 pm, we immediately went to the pharmacy to pick up his prescriptions. They had not filled the pain medication. They did not tell me they hadn't while I was in the store; I discovered it was missing when we got home. When I called the pharmacy to ask about the missing pain med, I was told they didn't have the mg ordered by the Dr., that they carried 5 mg tablets and 7.5 mg tablets but not the 10 mg tablets ordered. Why didn't they communicate with the Doctor's office to tell them this important piece of information? Their response indicates a lack of interest in providing the very service they profess to offer. This was highly unprofessional. We were unable to purchase pain meds for his first night after a rather uncomfortable surgery. What if this had been a child? What if a parent had had to go without prescribed medication for a little one because "they don't carry that dosage"? Shouldn't a proactive response be the obvious action which CVS neglected to offer? With their lack of customer service so blantantly evident, we've decided to give our business to another pharmacy.

Is Cvs trying to loose business. Everytime We come into town to do business the Pharmacy is closed. Their hours are not good to the average customer.

I have had so many issues with CVS, I’ll just mention a few. A call to speak to a pharmacist is impossible! The wait time is just what it is…WAIT. Also, if you’ve lost a pill maybe because you’ve traveled or you’re 66 and you’ve dropped the pill bottle, or the prescription is labeled : take 2 or 3 if needed and sometimes 3 IS NEEDED, and you’ve been taking that prescription for 10 or more yrs., prepare for withdrawal symptoms because CVS acts like they’re the ‘drug police’ and under NO circumstance will they replace a lost pill!!!!! Lastly, my husband finally convinced me to change to Carthage Brookshire Pharmacy. Today the Brookshire Pharmacist has called CVS over 50 times to get my prescriptions transferred…placed on hold each time!!!! This is a small town. I can’t imagine the wait time if you live in a large city.

Phone service is really bad. Called to check on 86 year old mother's prescription was on hold 39 minutes. Called again on hold for 20 minutes. Called again on hold 8 minutes. Never spoke with pharmacist or anyone. Live 15 miles out and wanted to see if script was filled. Had to drive to town to check and had already went to
drive through and no scrip. Bad business for elderly patients or any one for that fact!!!
