Stevens Point Country Club

Lee and I love photographing weddings here - especially when the couples make sure to fit photos on the 'green' in their wedding timeline. It's a great place to celebrate a wedding in a classy and timeless fashion. Jennifer (the event coordinator) is a pleasure to work with and makes sure that not only the couples are taken care of but the wedding photographers too!

I'd been looking forward to this round all summer and it didn't dissapoint! I never played it before the remodel so I can't compare it to the original, but it's easily one of the best and most visually appealing courses I've played anywhere! Best greens I've played all year and an all around treat. Stevens Point Country Club deffinatly needs to be on your "must play" list if it's not already!

We photographed an amazing rainy day wedding at the Stevens Point County Club. Jenny, the event coordinator, and her team were amazing. They were always there, making sure every guest was content and that every single moment of the day was perfect. With the rain that showed up, I'm sure that they had to move quickly to flip the reception site to accommodate for an indoor ceremony. The flip looked immaculate and the atmosphere was that much more cozy because of the rain outside. Jenny was so helpful (not to mention incredibly genuine) to us and made sure our photography team had everything we needed to produce a captivating gallery for the newlyweds.

The couple had their first look under the Edison string lights on the back porch. With the rain lightly pattering down, it could not have been more intimate and lovely. We finished up the remainder of their photos indoors and by the cozy fireplace.

The indoor space alone is perfect for a wedding, not to mention the stunning scenery outside. If you're looking for professional venue staff who are very detailed-oriented, then you've found it all at the Stevens Point County Club!

What a beautiful venue for this wedding! I was in the bridal party & experienced the most amazing service! Food was fantastic! From Friday afternoon through late Saturday night, the event planner, Jenny, and the entire team of staff was attentive to details before we knew we needed something, they were available the entire time & jumped in to set things up as needed, were a well-oiled machine when serving us, and were all around so pleasant and cheerful. Every single employee.

Jenny’s outstanding leadership set the tone for the team & resulted in amazing service during an enjoyable event! Outstanding job, Stevens Point Country Club!

Our daughter and son-in-law recently celebrated their wedding at the Stevens Point Country Club. We could not have asked for a better experience. We received so many compliments from our guests. Here are some of the comments we received:

We got married here this year and everything was so beautiful and perfect. Jenny, the coordinator is absolutely amazing. She accommodated us however she could, and make the wedding process so much less stressful for me. Our guests loved the place, the food and all of the staff. True gem of a track with the changes they made. Staff is awesome, greens are pure.

Loved the new look and experience at SPCC. Enjoyed my round and all the holes. Very lovely course and redo years ago shows off well. Club looks great and they have potential for more improvements.

Fantastic golf course with some memorable holes and excellent greens. You won't find better rolling putting surfaces anywhere. The re-design brings in some modern aspects and difficulty while being fair and fun. The course is a dream to walk with short green to tee distances and a relatively flat profile. Highly recommend the course, staff, and facilities.

Very nice place for a wedding reception food is out of this world and staff is wonderful

Great place for a family to come and hang out. Kids can have a great time in the pool and it's also a beautiful golf course. Plenty of activities to do in the winter time also. Every time we eat at the club I feel I am back on the cruse ship with the menu options.

Amazing layout. Great mixture of risk / reward par 5’s , tough par 4’s and beautiful par 3’s. Best conditioned golf course in the state (and that’s saying something with Sentry right next door). The greens are the crown jewel at Point; undulating, slick and firm. I could play here every day and never get bored.

Course has really come around since the renovation. Fairways and greens are in great shape. It's like a wildlife park some days.. saw a 12 point buck, Bald Eagle, and had a Hawk land on the green while putting in the same round.. great views and very rarely is the pace slow.

The Stevens Point Country Club was the perfect choice for our daughter's wedding. We comfortably seated 125 guest and everyone enjoyed a delicious meal that was served hot and on time by their exception staff. Our guest enjoyed the deck, bar and dance floor. Thank You!

Impressive private layout with good vistas. Green complexes are difficult and green speeds are quick. Redone by Oliphant a few years back. Sentry World is 2 miles away but SPCC is the more compelling track.

Very clean and very spacious. Was there for a wedding that was supposed to be outside but due to weather it was inside. Had plenty of space for the ceremony and guests.

Beautiful layout and aesthetics. Very enjoyable to play. Superb conditioning. This is a hidden gem that I hope to play any time I am in the area.
