Unique Bar-B-Q Place

Me and my mom had just gotten done hiking in Cheaha State Park. Needless to say, we were absolutely STARVING. We luckily stumbled upon Unique B-B-Q and boy were we thrilled they were open. We quickly parked, went in, and we were greeted very friendly. The service was absolutely fantastic. Our server was very respectful and oh so welcoming. If you're driving through the area, MAKE THE STOP! 🍔

Food was amazing. THE SECOND TIME IVE EATEN HERE AND IM MORE IMPRESSED NOW THEN I WAS ON MY FIRST VISIT. THE LADY WAS SO SWEET AND THE LEMONADE WAS GREAT. BEST BBQ SANDWICH EVER. CANT WAIT TO BRING MY FAMILY HERE TO TRY.

The food is delicious and remind me of my moms home cooking! It’s a whole in the wall that I would definitely stop by if your coming through Goodwater AL. I will definitely be back for more!

Discovered this gem through Google maps explore. The BBQ was great and so were the homemade onion rings.

Update: Still great! Stopped by for lunch again while on a road trip and even ran into another couple of friends from Montgomery.

Delicious BBQ, food always comes very warm to the table. Waitress is always thoughtful and kind. Prices are very good especially for the amount of food served like the BBQ plate. My family enjoys eating here, I highly recommend.

This is a small town family owned place that does a great job feeding the locals good food at a very fair price! Everything I've tried has been very good..... especially the hamburger steak. Highly recommended.

The whole crew here does a absolute bang up job preparing good food for the Goodwater community and surrounding area. Though the food prep is a tad slow, it's completely offset by the quality and taste of the food. The speed is understandable though because this is a family run business with a very small kitchen and a lot of people eat here regularly. They constantly have call in orders and are normally very busy all day. Hint, the burgers are great and the chicken finger baskets are excellent! No dried up puny overcooked fingers here. These are very tender good sized fingers that tastes great!

Lisa's the best she's always working every time I'm there. My favorite place for fresh lemonade. I like the spicy cauliflower side and the potato salad the barbecue is okay but they put pickles on it I always take the pickles off.

Driven by here for a few years and always wanted to stop! Finally did and this is going to be our go to place! Not far from home! Good home cooking!! Prices are great too!! 2 people can eat a meal easily under $20 including tip!

Very good food friendly staff and right here in my home town that's a good thing

Stopped by this unassuming place while driving from Birmingham to Columbus because I had a hunch that it would be good. I was not disappointed! The staff was super friendly and the pulled pork was some of the best I’ve ever had. Definitely worth a stop.

Great tasting BBQ. The sauce is sweet but not too sweet. They also have an item called Spicy Cauliflower and it's amazing. Super friendly folks.

Very fast and friendly service. The food was great. Couldn't eat it all. Brought half of it home with us.
