Food was great. Everyone was super friendly and it wasn't too loud for lunch time. Food was fast to come out and refills were on point. I recommend the combo 2 plate. Chile was extra breaded but I got passed that with some salt.

This is a great little Mexican food place! The service is great, the queso and salsa are awesome and I got my food very quickly and was super hot! I ordered the trio quesadillas and they were at my table in 10 minutes! They were very good and so was the rice!

Came here on recommendation from hotel clerk when I stopped in Monahans for the night. Chips and salsa served up right away. Got a small queso which was a little different from back home, but still really good.

Special of the night was street tacos, so I went with the beef fajita version of them. Delicious! Came with a side of beans and rice.

Atmosphere was typical Mexican restaurant, combo of booths and tables with ability to handle large parties.

We got off US 20 Exit 83 on way to el paseo and drove 3 plus miles. Cute old town with big history. Found Fermin’s on line. Wonderful lunch of taco and Chili Verde which we split. The chips were fresh and light. The picture of salsa below. Very tasty but very hot and spicy. Eyes will water. Tongue will ring but after awhile you get used to. Picture of chili verde gone. Delicious. Dessert sopapilla was last for road. Whole check with extra tortillas $22.90. Excellent service with Sondra. Most beautiful decorated Xmas tree EVER. Merry Xmas

I have been eating here for years. And it will always be a favorite for my dine out needs. They make sure that everything in my to go order is always put together before handing it off to me. And when I get home it's still very much hot and fresh. The red enchiladas don't have alot of spice but they are flavorful and an egg goes with it very well. My favorite dish to order from here.

Service was great! My tea never went empty. Food was excellent and I still made it back to work on time!

First the chips and salsa were so good like home made. I had the beef fajitas with beans and rice. Everything was delicious and the service was great. My waitress kept checking on me and kept my tea glass full. Some places just forget about you after you get your food. The only thing that concerned me was the fajita skillet was extremely hot to the point that some of the food stuck and burned. It took a while for it to stop sizzling.

If you’re wanting good hot food that is authentic as well as just fresh. This is the place to get food in Monahans. Their customer service is always impeccable. Their prices are amazing, especially in this economy. Their food is always always always perfectly cooked and fresh. The staff members always have an upbeat attitude. And for the amount of money that you pay you definitely get two times the amount of food. It’s amazing. I don’t give a lot of reviews especially for the small town but this is a must for people that are not from here.

Waitress was nice and helpful. I think they're short staffed, but they do pretty good.

Being a life long Texan we always judge a 1st time Tex-mex by the salsa . If the salsas good so is the food...neither disappointed..ill be back again

The salsa is excellent! Good and spicy. Served with warm corn tortilla chips, of course. Tacos were great too, we had beef and shredded chicken on crispy taco shells with rice and beans. We loved it! Great place to go for a quick Mexican meal, and we're picky but was very happy with this spot. Everything tasted really fresh too. My husband and I will definitely be back.

Very excellent food! The salsa is bomb! Got the fajita chicken tacos and the chicken was really good and not dry. Staff is very friendly. The inside could use a little update, but it was still clean and nice. They do have room for trucks across the street, but just bobtails.

The salsa and chips were "Fire"! The salsa was what homemade should taste like. It was super flavorful, fresh, and just the right amount of spicy. The chips were traditional thin corn chips having the expected complimentary taste when paired with salsa.

I had the combo #1. The crispy taco was spot on and tasty. The shredded chicken enchilada with red sauce was also good; however would be better if it were covered in melted cheese rather than the sprinkle of a few shreds that mine came with. The beans and rice were traditionally flavored, but the melted shredded cheese on the beans made it more enjoyable.

The waitress was prompt, friendly, and came back numerous times to ensure my dining experience was as enjoyable as possible.

The Floorplan layout was more like a takeout due to the open access of the kitchen. However, there were many tables and booths, so it did have that local eatery, restaurant feel. No fancy decorations or mariachi music, just a warm, and welcoming small town feel to this place.

Overall, the service and food were pleasurable. I will visit again and try their chile rilleno when the menu is expanded back its original size.

Waitress was amazing, food was excellent, and for a large party, we were in and out quickly. Everyone's order came out right and hot! Very impressed!

I got there at lunch time and right after a table of 8. Even though that large table ordered before us the food came out fast and hot. As always the food was terrific! I encourage anyone who hasn't tried it to go and check it out

Outstanding service and food! My family and I tried this place about a 2 months ago. We have been back twice. Everyone is so friendly and fast, hot, delicious food! We have each tried something different each time we have visited and have not been disappointed yet.
