I thought this was a review of the medical clinic next to the hospital where I see my doctor at. I also have had good experiences with the hospital where I've visited the ER in the past and when I've used services there like X-ray and imaging and labs. Sorry for the mix up.🙂Very good doctors office, best one in Hamilton or surrounding areas! Especially Dr. Hidalgo. He's the best family Dr. I've had, he's very thorough and listens to what you think and how you feel. He always has time to discuss any issues or concerns we have. The nurse's are always on top of everything and friendly and helpful to. The rest of the staff, Labs department and imaging are all good. No problem with anything. They have nurse practitioners as well. I trust them with my families health care and that says everything.

I went to the ER yesterday with severe laceration to finger from hedge trimmer ,while my wife was signing me in the er nurse came to lobby and got me. I was seen by the Dr in just a few minutes and received shot to stop the extreme pain while he was sewing it up,,I was very impressed and thankful for the quick response and treatment I received..

If i could rank 0 stars I would, I just left the ER, the most they did was pull on my injured leg, and say "does this hurt?" And when I said yes, they said "Oh so it DOESN'T hurt?" They assumed nothing hurt and I was lying even though every slight pressure the doctor put made me wince and cry.
Overall, don't go here.

I was having an allergic reaction. I was being brought in by my sister. I had already drank quite a bit of Benadryl on way to hospital and the doctor gave me more Benadryl and steroids. My daughter heard the nurse say are you sure you want to give her more Benadryl he said it would be ok and I was like I need to go home he said I would have to sign out AMA and my insurance wouldn’t pay. He said he was admitting at this point and again I said I need to go home I had something going on. So I was admitted my insurance charged for a ct of my head and neck. My daughters like why do I need those? Dr quieki never came back in room. I was admitted. If I tell my insurance company the hospital or dr is scamming them my insurance surely won’t pay for it. So my experience was bad in er but nurses on floor was excellent.

Brought my son in to the ER worried for his breathing. Was treated like I wasted everyone's time and that I didn't know what I was talking about. Told me he's required to send to children's but the demeanor he had was as if I shouldn't and I'm overreacting so I declined and said I'll monitor at home and bring him back to his pediatrician. I offered a video of my son's breathing to them and was dismissed.he didn't look at it. My son was already diagnosed with otitis media and croup at his pediatrician.i just wanted to make sure he was okay but instead was made to feel stupid.

I’d give it zero stars if I could. Worst hospital experience ever. My IV needed to be changed because it was not getting medicine to me and was beeping. I told the day shift nurse several times and she said it was “fine” when she only looked it at through the glass(I was in isolation due to covid and pneumonia). She didn’t want to bother with it so she waited an hour until the end of her shift to let the night shift nurse take care of it. She ended up having to change the whole line it was so messed up. That was one of many problems I had. I was anxious to get out of there. I am thankful for the nurses and doctor that did show kindness

Do not put your trust in this emergency room it is by far one of the worst emergency rooms I've ever experienced after my recent visit it reminded me of my last visit back in Jan 21 where the doc/nurse argued with a me a patient brought in by ambulance who tried to say I didn't know what I was talking about how did I know what I was allergic to then went on to say in front of my loved one's "he's not gonna make it to 60" I mean the rudest thing ever to say just ridiculous actions by someone your supposed to put your life in there hands now my recent visit I experienced a emergency where I went told what was wrong then they did a few test then told me nothing except call your doctor tomorrow you can go like I wasn't an issue and they were more interested in how much time they all had left til they get off then taking care of me just ridiculous and shameful in how they treat people they are not hero's they are rude and absolutely don't care about there jobs I'll repeat this do not trust that this place will take care and treat you like you matter it's a complete joke and there reputation is terrible ask around just shameful

Came with my 2 year old daughter running a dangerous fever 104°F, Sat in the lobby for 2 hours and 45 minutes, Nurses were the worst I've ever seen. Doctor was rude and and very unhelpful. Front desk didn't know their hind end from a hole in the ground. They have a bad judgment on medical emergencies. Worst emergency room in the state of Alabama.

On November 30th, 2018, my husband had to have a procedure for which they had to have $1200 plus dollars before he could have it done. To our surprise, we did not have to pay this much. My husband spoke with our insurance company and was told his co-pay was only $75. It has been nearly a year and multiple, multiple calls with NMMC and we have still not received what is owed to us. It is a shame they do this to people our age. Had it not been for our children, we would have never known the difference. We received a check for $4.13...WHERE IS THE REST OF OUR MONEY????
