Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle

I was blessed with a supportive, skilled, and friendly team of people during the three days I was in the hospital. From the nurses to techs to PT, respiratory, and phlebotomist (and others I’m likely forgetting to mention) I always felt cared for and important. When I needed to call for a nurse, the response time was impressive. What could have been an anxious time for me was an all-around good experience, as I felt like I was in good hands.

Hey Rob, GREAT job in the cafeteria today...the fried chicken,vegetables and peach cobbler were terrific...! The salad bar was very inviting, but I settled for fried chicken..!

Outpatient Surgery volunteer, Wednesday morning..

Everyone was very professional and caring. They wanted my stay there to help me get better. Nurses and staff excellent and food excellent.

My husband had outpatient surgery here and I can't express enough on how caring the nurse was. I myself have had 6 surgery's not here but have never ever had a nurse like her. She was extremely nice and took time to talk and explain everything to us. And even why my husband was in surgery she came and checked on myself and mother inlaw offered us something to drink made sure we was ok. If the world had just a few more people like her it'd make a difference. I wanna say Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Bonnie Smith. This hospital needs to recognize staff like her. She was doing far more then her job recommended. . Thank you again.

Every thing and every one was special from the beginning to the dismissal. The call to see how I was feeling after I was home was special.

I have gone here for injuries from a fall, as well as to have an outpatient surgery done on another occasion. I couldn't have asked for better or faster service. I'm not from around here and am used to waiting 6+ hours to see a doctor in an ER. I think I waited like 20 minutes to get my legs x-rayed, and everyone was very kind and welcoming. I was in and out before I knew it.

As far as my outpatient surgery, everyone explained exactly who they were and what their job was. Thanks to such lovely doctors, nurses, surgical techs, etc (shout out to Dr. Paige, Nurse Octavia, Hannah, Robert, Johnny, Joseph, and everyone else who made my surgery a great experience). Thank you guys a million times over! I'm no stranger to doctors and it is a massive relief to have nearby healthcare providers who genuinely care about their patients' comfort.

The ct scan techs were very professional and nice.

Came from AL to stay with my grandmother while she is there and the patient care was wonderful! Every nurse was so kind, and Tayla especially was so attentive and helpful!

Our first experience with Baptist was in 2016 when our son had tubes put in his ears. Simple and routine procedure, but the staff here are amazing! The nurses were all super nice and informative. We started seeing them more frequently in the ER recently. We’ve never had to sit in the waiting room, nurses and doctors were in the room almost immediately, and we were constantly informed. We live in Starkville but worth the extra miles to go to Baptist!

My wife had surgery yesterday at the Baptist, with Dr Galjour. The nurses were very friendly with us at the outpatient surgery pavillion. They took care of us like we were noble people! Specially nurse Sandy, she was an angel. And everything went by so fast!
When she went into surgery, a nurse would either come to the room or call me to let me know where she was and see if I was doing ok!
The hospital is very organized and clean!
Dr Galjour was very attentive with us, and explained everything very well.
Dr Voller and Dr Rae, the anesthesiologists, were also very good, they did a great job! Explained everything very well and made us feel calm.

I would like to recommend and thank the radiology team for their excellent care. They were most helpful and I felt that they were there for me. When I called, someone answered right away and helped me with my questions. I would definitely recommend going to Baptist Memorial Radiology.

I love the 2nd Floor Staff at the Twin Towers. Bradley, you are the best director ever. You have a caring spirit. You are so approachable. Your wonderful leadership skills are shown through Charlsey. Charlsey, I just love the humble spirit. I didn't know you were the Head Nurse. You jumped in to help without any thought. These ladies are the GREATEST at their CALLING not job, but CALLING. OK IF YOU WANT A GREAT GROUP OF NURSES NOT JUST GOOD BUT GREAT, AWESOME, ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL....I HAVE 3 NURSES AND 1 SURGICAL TECH FOR YOU: KERI ANN, MOLLY, RENISA, AND MEKA. I didnt think they made staff like this anymore. Molly and Keri Ann, I can see your passion for the job. If someone asked me how to define TEAMWORK...I would say Keri Ann, Molly, Renisa, Meka, Charlsey, and Bradley. Ladies thank you so much for being GREAT AT YOUR CALLING.

The RN at maternity section was really great!! I met one of nice nurse after I gave birth and I love her! Food was good and they are so clean!

Recently needed to get some vital records for a child. Leon was prompt and extremely professional. Was extremely pleased with my treatment there.

While visiting close friends during the 4th of July I experienced severe abdominal pain for over 24 hours. I checked in the emergency room at 7:30 pm the night of the third. I was seen by a physician within 20 minutes and had various tests done. A CT scan was ordered due to very hi white BC. By 10:30pm was diagnosed with appendicitis and immediately admitted to the hospital. I met with another physician and discussed the procedure that would be performed and which doctor would perform the surgery. The next morning by 8:45 am I was prepped for surgery and rolled into the OR. By 11 am I was back in my room and began recovery. Spent two nights at the hospital and was continually cared for by several wonderful nurses and support staff. They made me and my wife feel very comfortable and continually offered assistance to any of our needs.
Great staff in a nice hospital located in a small town. I am eternally greatful for their high quality care and outstanding service.

Could have not been more pleased with emergency room service. We only had to wait 15 minutes and everyone we saw was so helpful.
