Very professional. Had my doubts but found out if you give respect, you get respect. Came looking for someone that could have been at my house. Listened to everything I had to say. I let Dalton Martin in the house to see and he checked while I talked to the rest of the officers on the porch. Mad respect from me.

Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Your bogus charges against shooting an innocent man sleeping on a couch will haunt you and all your officers in the afterlife. Remember one day you’ll have to answer for what you did. I hope none of you are able to sleep at night and hope someone in your family has to go through what you’re putting this man through.

Just remember when it comes time for the bonuses or pay raises and you wonder why you aren't getting any this year or next year or why you can't get new equipment or hire new positions, remember the good work of deputy Dalton T. Martin truly the best this department has to offer

Dalton is a horrible officer. Deffinently a racist too. Don't get caught driving while being anything but white by him. He will waste your time and make up lies in order to give you a ticket. And then when you talk to the magistrate who I think his name is vandyke he won't even look you in the eye if you're not white. Worst county I've ever been in. I have a court date coming up and I already know how it's going to go just by how they've treated me. Just all around bad people who make mcdowell county look bad. It's people like them that make people hate law enforcement. It's sad

Remember, if some marijuana plants are growing NEAR but not on your property, you still have to give you name and date of birth to the hayseed cop. He’ll arrest you if you don’t. He can’t spell and his report would embarrass a 5th grader with all of the spelling and grammar errors but that’s the best they can do in his tiny corner of WV.

I will expect those 2 officers to have been fired right??
even if it wasn't harassment which i think it was but it was blatantly violation of his rights and even those 2 others from filming and recording on private property??

do i really just have to leave 1 star. When will cops actually do what they say they are tehre to do. Serve and protect. Not to harrass and arrest anyone u dont like or disagree with.

Yall better train your officers better!. Arresting a homeowner on his porch fpr no reason, sounds like a civil rights lawsuit. Yall don't want to mess with the Civil Rights Lawyers! Hes in WV!

Racist deputies Jordan Horn and Dalton Martin that do not know the US Constitution they have a chance to take responsibility by paying the lawsuit but they won’t

It stinks when you call a Sheriffs Department and they are closed. Or even better you get a voice mail telling you no one is there and to leave a message. What happened to the days of having deputies on staff and ready to serve the public 24/7/365. I am sorry but I didn't know that this was a 9-5 business. On election day can we write in NONE OF THE ABOVE for a choice?

I have see lazy before but this is a whole new level, then to top it all off the Voice mail system has me on hold for 37 minutes before I hung up out of disgust

Break into a sleeping family's home and shoot the first person they see. Sounds like they need to go to prison for shooting a pedestrian and lying in the court of law.

Those two officers need to be fired immediately and take away their pensions as well they have no right to serve the community

Retrain this entire department. Or fire everyone in it and allow new blood to come In.
