Heres your 5 STARS! HOLY COW!!! GASTON IS DEFINITELY THE GO TO. That Hoorah Brother hooked a sister up. We had our second funeral in a month and had to rent again. This time a 14 hour trip with my daughter who is a very loud snorer and our granddaughter that has never learned to sit down or shut up. I asked if He could help. He came through! In and out in 5 minutes max. That's borrowing and returning it. He made sure we had room. I'm an old girl and he helped! Thank you! ( now enterprise don't go screwing it up and sending him some place else. My friends and family are dropping like flies and we need Gaston!)

Everything was perfect. Very fast and friendly customer service.

Not sure the Lady's name who helped us but she deserves a raise. My wife's vehicle was having repairs done and we needed a third row big enough to accommodate our family. What they had was not big enough but it worked. As soon as they had something bigger available she called immediately and we swapped out with no issues. They were with us every step of the way. Would definitely recommend the Guntersville location!

This was my first time renting from Enterprise and I have to say they are so much better than any other rental car place that I've dealt with. It was easy and quick. We rented an economy car but had to be upgraded due to them not having enough economy cars and we didn't have any hassle with it.
Update: Rented again(3/6/19)from this location & still 100% satisfied. The guys there are wonderful. Friendly, fast & courteous.

I've been renting almost weekly from the Guntersville location since the first week it opened. This location could be one of the top producers for the person who owns it if only they would hire one or two more people to work there. Often, only one person is renting the vehicles, answering the phones, cleaning the cars and taking them for oil and tire issues. There have been several great reps that I have dealt with over the past couple of years, but Gaston Gibson who works there now is one of the best and works tirelessly to resolve any issues and to provide the best customer experience possible. He deserves corporate recognition for the job he is doing there!

Best place to rent a car. Awesome service. Real friendly. Even call to check and see how much it was going. Really love the experience hillbilly tested and tested and tested and approved over and over. I will definitely be back. For me it is a passport for exciting Adventures. Let's be honest if I was in my regular clothes and regular vehicle. I would not be accepted in a lot of places I go.

The agent was pleasant and place was clean. The car wasn't as clean as it should have been or as well taken care of. Lot of dents and scrapes all over it and lot of miles. Tires are more than 50% worn to

We had to have work done on our car 1 month ago and these ladies here have been completely amazing and patient as we are still waiting for our car to be fixed.

I had a wonderful experience! I was provided with a free upgrade to ensure I had a car when I needed it. And, the super friendly staff offered me coffee, a bathroom, and a ride when I returned my car. I'll definitely rent from this location again.

The website allowed me to make a reservation and the car was not available. This could have been a disaster but as soon as guntersville got one turned in they called me.. It made my trip late but the car was worth the wait. Customer service was awesome! Enterprise needs to change the online reservation app.

I've had to rent a car twice in the past two months and Hannah at the Guntersville Al location has been amazing. She answers ALL of my questions (even repeat ones) with the utmost professionalism, and seriously goes above and beyond to help her customers. She is a definite asset to the company!!

I needed a rental due to my truck being hit and needing repairs. The staff here was super nice and accomodations where made to ensure that I had a vehicle I fit in.

Just wanted to leave a review about JC the employee here at this location. He was very helpful. I was in a accident in my vehical . so had to get a rental until my vehical was finish with repair. He was extremely considerate and did everything possible to keep me posted with the insurance company. He has very good attitude and is very customer service oriented!! I left feeling positive about my choice to go with enterprise. JC went over and beyond and thank you!! I dont know if youll read this or if management will but in today's climate you rarely meet someone who really cares and does a great job ! He help make this transition for me smoothly! Thanks!

Guntersville Enterprise is the best.
I live in Huntsville but will drive back to Guntersville to rent another vehicle. Those girls are the best.

I rent a car at least every quarter. The guys at Enterprise in Guntersville are great. They get me in and out very quickly. They are very professional and waste absolutely no time whatsoever. I know that I am in good hands.
