First off just read below how they speak to their customers. They denied my mother services, why? Because she made a claim on a 800 dollar item. They got mad because they had to pay it so they call my mother instead of the insurance company and tell her to go to another damb store. shes is in a wheelchair and who the heck has the money to throw on a 800 dollar item why would you ever think it wouldn't be made a claim then its something to lift her out of a wheelchair then to a bed what are you in service for exactly to belittle the sick? they told her not to ever come back HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE ATTITUDES then tell me they have the right to refuse anyone by law its if your company is being harmed or is at risk my mother couldn't harm your company she extremely sick im doing my research on this you might can legally do that but your attitude about it i will let that be very knwon

I need to know who owns the store or how to get in touch with corporate. I bought a shower chair last week and still has tag on it. The associate refuses to take it back. No where on the sign does it say that they will not take back shower chairs. There is a list of things that they will not take back and the chair is not listed on it. This company needs to list everything that they will not take back.

I do not recommend this company at all! They are rude and will not work with you. They claim that my husband was given the same mask he used during his sleep study. However, his sleep study was a nose mask and his mask they gave him with his machine is a full face mask. It has leaked the whole time he's had it!! When I called for them to exchange they claimed we needed a prescription to change masks. We got that and now they say insurance will not pay. I highly recommend using a different company! We've never had issues like this with MedSouth or Thrive.

Not very nice people. They are very rude and don't seem like they want to help find someone to help.

My experience......will never try this place again just based on personel answering the phone very rude and not helpful at all
