Dunkin'

This dunkin is by far the best dunkin around! The women are always so friendly! I have become a regular to this dunkin because they always get it right and have great service. I get the butter pecan iced coffee and it always tastes so good. If you want good iced coffee and food with great service i recommend this dunkin!

The gentleman that helped our group was so sweet! He offered my little girl samples of ice cream and helped in every way he could!

I absolutely love Dunkin ! I have went there since they opened and love most the people there cause they become like family and friends! They learned my drink as a regular everyday and know how to make it right off the bat ! They make cakes there , bacon , drinks , donuts , and lots more !!! Go check them out cause to me they are better than Starbucks any day !!!!

Service is usually fast. My order has been correct every time. Employees are super friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.

I stopped by Dunkin' Donuts this morning to try their bacon breakfast tacos and a Raspberry Watermelon Refresher. This is my very first time going to Dunkin'. The young man told me that they didn't have any lemonade prepared so I ordered the Refresher with green tea instead and it was very GOOD! Refreshing and cools you down as the name suggests. The young man was very friendly.... I believe his name was Daniel? But he apologized for not having any lemonade and even offered me a coupon for my next visit. I appreciate his kindness and Thank You! The tacos were also fresh and still warm too once I arrived home. Overall my first trip to Dunkin' was a good experience! I'll be back.

I didn’t catch the guys name, but the man working the drive-thru at 5:45 PM on Wednesday was so nice. It was refreshing to have someone so kind and positive at a drive thru.

Yummy!!! Never been greeted so joyously in a drive thru anywhere! These guys were awesome and so was their customer service! The way DUNKIN should be EVERYWHERE! :)

Great coffee! Donuts were fresh! We had a large order and the staff filled it quickly and efficiently

Only went through the drive through so can't commit to much, but service was great! Patient but efficient! I could see from the outside and inside that the drive thru was organized and clean!

My daughter and I went to get a couple of coffees and decided we wanted the ones like Mcdonalds offered (the caramel frappe) and i wanted to get a better and dunkins version of that. Well I got to asking about it on the speaker in drive thru and was helped by the most chill, kind dude. (later found his name to be Dexter) and he helped me and my daughter order the MOST AMAZING Frozen coffee with 3 caramel swirls, topped with whipped cream and cinnamon dust.. and it made our week! I am so appreciative of him and his kindness and patience to help us get exactly what i wanted and for that we will be back!! THANK YOU for a wonderful drink and experience.

Love their coffee and yes donuts too but I have to limit myself on the donuts cause they are ohhh so good, but my hips say No mostly! Haha but yes they have great online and instore service

Stopped for a quick cup of coffee. I ordered the smoked vanilla cold brew and OMG! It's AMAZING! The girl at the register was obviously new but she did so well making my coffee that my bf who isn't a coffee drinker decided to have one.

Today at the drive through I was served by Jason, who was so friendly and enthusiastic that I couldn’t help but smile. Made my day. Just wanted to give a shout out to him cuz he seems like he enjoys what he does or at the very least is committed to customer service!!

OK, I am mad at Dunkin Doughnuts due to eating their wonderful original doughnuts have added a good 10 pounds to my scales. So I have decided to swap over to the Chocolate doughnut and see if that will bring the weight back in line.

If you need some amazing vibes and a big smile head to Dunkin' in Albertville. Y’all……the manager is KILLING IT this morning with the energy and holiday cheer. I had a pretty rough last 24 hours and just hearing the excitement in this mans voice made my day! #blessed

There's a really hot girl at the window with a lot of tattoos and a shaved head. Just wondering if she's single.... the coffee was good too btw. If you like pretty girls and coffee this is the place 🥵🥵
