Timely, reasonable rates, professional

Was paid for a job 3 weeks ago and has not been back since. He did not have the money to buy parts needed. He now does not answer his phone and does not respond to messages. The only way to contact him is to use someone else’s phone. At this point I no longer want him to do the job and have requested him to return the money. He laughed and hung up on me. Do not use if you need work done

I was told he would be out in a hour to fix our water line. Everytime I called it was a different excuse to why he hasn’t showed up yet. He never did show up and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Don’t recommend at all!!!

Absolutely terrible, told my mom his tools were down but he would still take a look, charged 125.00 dollars to come tell her she needed to go buy a sump pump because he couldn’t get downstairs for the water then busted a hole in the outside pipe, told her he would be back on Sunday between 10-11 came out after 2pm and only took pictures then told her he would be back Monday around 10 and didn’t show up till after 3pm went downstairs came back up said he fixed it and she paid him 300 more dollars!! Pipe is still leaking and he didn’t fix the hole he busted in the main line. Wouldn’t recommend to anymore!!! Wouldn’t answer the phone for her then I called from my phone and he called back and then when I gave her my phone he hung up on her.

Very unprofessional and rude. He was told three times before he even came that this job is a warranty job. He gets here looks at it till my mother n law what he thinks is wrong. Mother n law told him he has to call warranty. He stated he don't like to deal with warranty. He did call them but after he just up and left with out saying anything, or calling me. If he didn't want to do the job he should have said so in the first place.

I have waited almost 6 hours after the time they said they would be here. Everytime i call they give me a different excuse. Now they wont answer the phone. Wouldnt recommend them to anybody. I know things happen but they dont let the customers know anything

Called them to work on my toilet and they said they said they would be there that day. They never showed up
