Quality Inn Alexander City

Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Best customer service I've received at a hotel. Housekeeping does an excellent job. Room was clean and stocked. If you're in Alexander City, this is the place to stay.

Has clean rooms with full amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, they even serve waffles.
Location is Great. It's a nice area right on the highway. Next to food. Walking distance to a grocery store. Has outlets to charge our boats and even had an area in the back for our trucks with trailers.

Great location, staff is very friendly and super helpful, I had the king room with a jacuzzi tub. The room was very clean and the tub was also. I will definitely be back. Thier is also hot breakfast from 6-9 😍

Honestly if you are looking for cheap hotels to stay short term in alex city they are your best bet. I have stayed in couple others and at the same price or like $5 more you get so much more space, better cleaning, less odor, better breakfast and etc etc. Don't expect luxury obviously but this is my go-to from now on. Lady at the front desk is very chill. 👍

Rooms were clean, friendly service. There was no elevator, so they were able to put our mom on the first floor. It was noisy at night, but that was mainly due to the location being right at the end of a shopping mall parking lot.

Exceptional! Kim, Anna, Ashley and Carol at the front desk made our extended stay above and beyond! Any need we had, they met…..with a smile! The rooms were clean, spacious with amenities and linens plentiful! Beds were very comfortable, extra pillows and very clean room! Home cooked breakfast each morning was the best part for my Mom! These ladies were always looking for ways to help and make our stay the absolute best….and they did! It was a pleasure staying there!

Stayed here due to a plumbing issue at our home. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room is clean, spacious, and up to date. Pool area is clean and well maintained and the breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again if the need arises.

We stayed here while passing through. The rooms were clean, a good size, and breakfast was great! I didn't expect much for the price range but was very pleasantly surprised! Would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and amazing breakfast choices!

Passing through town on a road trip and stopped here for the night. Very clean room, courteous staff, awesome shower, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was standard fare but quite tasty and left with a happy & full belly. 5 minute walk to a local diner that was great for dinner and, if you suddenly find yourself in need of the underwear you forgot to pack, Wally World is about half a mile straight down the road. Highly recommended for the road weary traveler in need of comfort and quiet.

My out of town relatives had a good experience at this hotel. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was well organized and offered a variety of items, including hot items and meat.

They let you have pets no extra chg. First time I traveled with one of our dogs so that was nice. Room was clean bed comfortable entire place was well maintained. Towels were newish nice. Nice place for a stay while traveling. Front desk help was ice.

When I tell you, Racheal, the front desk attendant made my family feel so welcome.. She made sure we we're comfortable!! Look here, if you in the area tell her we LOVE HER! THE BUCKLEY'S THE HOTEL WAS GREAT TOO AND COMFORTABLE, BUT SHE MADE 4 DAYS AWSOME!

Very clean rooms very nice people that work the front desk and the location is convenient to a lot of stuff its right in town walking distance to any store and even Walmart

The room was clean and they serve hot breakfast until 9:30. We are escaping the hurricane and this was a comfy place to crash, the pillows are super fluffy. Quality Inns are usually a hit or miss but this little one is nice. They were serving breakfast with a smile, love that southern hospitality.

Great place to stay. Modern updated rooms. Very clean. New comfortable mattresses. Nice outdoor pool. Wifi and Direct Tv , Free breakfast. Mini Coffee maker , fridge, microwave, iron and blow dryer in the rooms. Guest laundry available too. Friendly helpful staff who have an obsession with mopping the lobby 😀 It's spotless.. I have zero complains. Enjoyed my stay here.

Great! Room was clean and nice and comfortable; breakfast was good, and best of all was Cora who takes care of the breakfast area and keeps it clean...she was charming, helpful and courteous and greeted everyone warmly!
