My gas stop. Convenient, cars have never had a problem with their gas.

I stopped by early in the morning of August 7th. I was the 2nd one in line and when it came my turn I asked the clerk for a can of Kodiak he went over to the tobacco rack and picked up a can of Kayak I simply told him that’s kayak not Kodiak well he turns around to me and says hey man you don’t have to get an attitude. I told him I’m not getting an attitude I’m just trying to tell you what Kodiak is and it’s right by your hand. Well this must of irritated him more and he popped off something else which in turn made me madder as I was already mad at the fact of being accused of having an attitude. Well I told him chill out!! Just give me my dip and I’ll get going. He’s looking dumbfounded and by this time the worthless store manager comes out and says arrogantly what is the problem? So I was wrong but I said to her I’m trying to tell this dumb sob where the Kodiak is on the rack. Wrong of me to say but I was beyond pissed. She looks at me and says get out!! So I left!! I’ll agree I handled it all wrong but the clerk sure didn’t have customer service skills either. So after I got to work and I called and asked to speak to the manager she got on the phone and I humbly apologized for my actions. She was rude and then hung up on me. I’ve reached out to corporate twice on this issue and apparently the DM don’t care about customers either as I’ve never been contacted. I’ve stopped in once more since the incident and was buying gas and dip and as soon as I paid for it the manager walked outside to my vehicle and informed me that they have a trespassing ban on me there!! And if I come up there again I will be arrested!! EPIC!! All this from a smart mouthed clerk with an attitude problem and a worthless store manager and apparently a worthless DM!! Don’t worry they’re plenty more places to shop!! I won’t be back at any MAPCO!!

This store stole my money. They voided a transaction and I showed them the pending charge. They refused to refund my money. Waited for charge to clear and still refused to give me my money back. I had to borrow this money and told them it was all I had and they still stole my money and refused to give it back. Bet if someone stole merchandise they would have them attested. So why can't I do the same for them stealing from me. And I didn't even leave with merchandise. Will never go back.

I would never go back to this store if it wasn't the only Mapco by my house! My wife just went in the store (10:45pm) and was treated horribly!! The guy that works behind the counter must have been in a horrible mood (which is NO EXCUSE). He wasn't helpful, never smiled and made her feel very uncomfortable. In my world when you buy something you expect a receipt. He made her ask for her receipt! Even after all of this, she was still smiling and told him to have a good night. If you can't deal with the public and can't AT LEAST be polite, don't take a job dealing with the public!!

Both restrooms are disgusting, the toilet seat in the men's room has been loose for months now. All it takes is 5 minutes of cleaning and tightening up the bottom side of the toilet seat. If the restrooms weren't so abismal they would get a 5 star review.

horrible service ,refused to purchase cigarettes because had an Ohio ID Im 47 and the guy behind me never got ID was sold cigarettes looked younger than my 18 yr old son .Ask why he was not ID cashier refused to answer me. only put 1 star because you cant put zero.

Always closed even though it’s supposed to be 24 hours

the outside of the store is GROSS ! the bugs are HORRIBLE ! yall should really do something about that

MAPCO don't hire people on disability. If they say l am wrong, then let them prove it.
