Best food I've tried in Winfield so far, by far! Will be back for sure. Portion was a tad smaller than I expected but the service was extremely fast and very friendly. Super delicious!

Stopped here coming from Virginia to Arkansas and let me tell you if your passing by I definitely recommend! The ladies working were so sweet they gave us a newbie box with different items to try and the homemade Mac and cheese was to die for! 10/10 would recommend!

This place is amazing!!! Best wings I've ever had and the ribs were so flavorful and tender. To top it all off, the desserts alone are worth the 2 hour drive from our house! Amazing food, friendly staff, all-star pitmaster and southern hospitality at its finest! Mookie's has it all!!

We stopped here on our way back to Sioux Falls. I am SO glad we did. I’m had the Miolly, and it was superb. The bund was fresh, the pork was so flavorful and Smokey it was divine. The slaw was fresh and crisp with some sweet to it that melded so well

Worth every bit for the detour and the price, eat here and you will love it

By far the best BBQ I've had around here. Definitely beats Lisa's and Sam's by a long shot! Today was our first time trying Mookie's and not only was every single thing we tried, delicious. But they are super sweet and friendly! Will definitely be back and we highly recommend them. They also have the best white sauce I've ever tried!

Seriously awesome food! Pull off the interstate and drive a few minutes extra to stop here. They were so kind to us "newbies" and made us feel so welcomed. If you're looking for homemade southern barbecue, this is your stop. I wish I lived closer so I could come more often! ❤❤

Wow, the best BBQ anywhere. Last week we were passing through Winfield AL and had the great pleasure of stopping at Mookies for dinner. We ordered 2 of the pulled pork plates. The meat was outstanding, the sides were great and to our surprise we were treated to dessert. We told the waitress it was our first visit and we received free dessert. I would go out of my way to eat there again. Very friendly folks and great food. I can't ask for more than that.Thank you Mookies.

We were on our last leg of our move from CA to FL and decided it was time to visit a local place. Mookie’s did not disappoint in any way. From the warm greeting, incredible hospitality and genuine friendliness we were recommended a few plates. The chicken wings were by far the best we had ever eaten, pulled pork was exceptional and the chicken, ribs and loaded potato were equally delicious. The beans and coleslaw were like nothing we had ever tasted. You can tell they cook with love, it shines through their food. We are as excited to try the strawberry lemonade cake, but ate too much lunch so will be a sweet treat during our next gas stop. Thank you for making our first local stop in the south a shining example of why we are moving. Will definitely be back to enjoy the amazing people and food, both will be worth the trip. Thank you!

Pull off the interstate and get your fill of delicious southern barbecue here!! The food is so good, all homemade sauces and sides. Get the baked beans! And try some white bbq sauce too! Aside from the food, you won't meet a sweeter group of people taking your order. I am so glad we stopped!!

I LOVE their Grilled Chicken Salad and get it every week! It is delicious and they serve so much I have half left over for lunch the next day.

Ordered the tater bomb and it was amazing. Good barbeque with good sauce. The white chocolate bread pudding was a perfect finish. Granted had to eat it later the tater bomb was so big. 10/10 will eat there again.

My group was on a road trip and wanted to try something new that wasn't a chain restaurant. After deciding on BBQ, I found Mookie's on Google while we were on the highway. This place was wonderful. The food was delicious, the hospitality was so amazing. If we are ever heading this way again, we will most definitely stop by.

We stopped by on the way home from Memphis in May.... BEST part of our trip! We will be back (soon) Amazing food and great hospitality....

Mookie's Smokehouse truly deserves 5 stars for their fabulous little BBQ joint. From the sweet Southern lady who took our order to the tender and tasty pulled pork and delicious homemade sides, we loved our experience here.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Especially their pulled pork anything, and their desserts. They are so close to where I live, I visit at least once per weekend (only open Thursday through Saturday). Decent prices.

First experience was AMAZING! Great good, nice prices and friendly people. Will definitely be going back. Like most hometown restaurants they need to advertise.
