Hampton Inn Winfield

Very nice hotel. Checking in was very quick. Staff was very nice. I returned to ask a couple questions and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Many choices. Some choices I don’t often see. The employee taking care of the breakfast area was very efficient. I liked the nice informational signage in the breakfast area. The room was very nice and comfortable. I liked the walk in shower. Check out was quick. If I’m ever in the area, I’d definitely stay here again.

With many years of travel under my belt both in the military and as a civilian, I have to rank this hotel as the best I have ever stayed at. Clean room / bathroom, comfortable bed and amenities. Breakfast had a great variety of delicious food that was well prepared / cooked. Staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Big shout out to Pebble Thomas (Front Office Manager), who took care of all my wife and my needs. Look forward to another stay in May.

Good service yet coffee maker was out for check in and at Breakfast. We always love getting coffee from the lobby during check in and at Breakfast wherever we stay at. Said they were waiting for someone to come out and repair. You would think they could have went to Walmart nearby and buy a coffee maker to save the day.

This hotel is very clean and the staff was super friendly. I would definitely stay here again! And their pet friendly.

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. From the comfy beds, cleanliness, and awesome staff. Wish we could give them 10 stars. They deserve it.

Perfect location! Service was amazing. Received the most friendly greeting by Pebble after a long drive and the room was clean and quiet. 10/10

The customer service was very friendly. The facility is very clean. The breakfast was very good and the lady cooking the breakfast made sure everything was stocked and very clean.

Had a great stay here! We made a last minute decision to stop during our trip back home and we were very pleased. Hotel staff is incredibly friendly. The front desk clerk was great even though we were checking in around 11 pm. Rooms were clean. The breakfast was fresh and amazing. We will definitely be back.

The lady that checked us in was very nice, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, nice workout room, and the breakfast was good. I would stay here again if we were passing through and it was time to stop for the day. We chose this place over a place down the road because the breakfast was included.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, and staff were so friendly. At checkout they gave us bag with snacks to go, very much appreciated. Would stay there again

Hotel is undergoing renovations which is great. Evening front desk staff (and I regret I forgot her name but she uses a walker) is fantastic. Friendly and so welcoming she makes you feel like you are family coming in for a visit not checking in to a hotel.

It’s a quiet place- no road traffic to disturb you even though close to an interstate. Staff is very helpful and welcoming- warm cookies in the afternoon. Room was very clean, spacious, with a comfy work desk and chair, quiet AC, and spacious bathroom. There isn’t the annoying bump- out at the bathroom sink vanity ( thank you!).
I like the extra blanket- cotton waffle weave. Breakfast was enjoyable. Wi-Fi was fast.
I’ll stay here again- a very good value!

Traveling from northern Illinois arriving tried and worn out we walked into a friendly welcoming atmosphere. We were greeted at the service desk with smiles and understanding we needed to get settled in our room. Staff was very helpful and offered any help we needed. Their knowledge of local restaurants and drug stores with directions were helpful. We were met with an upbeat attitude and a welcome back no matter what time we came or went. Very nice place to stay. Clean rooms - great breakfast each morning. Don't hesitate staying here.

Great service and very clean. Even have an outside deck-like area complete with pool. Tammy C always brightens your day with her love of God, and sharing that love with all who cross her path, but without saying it with words. That smile will heat even the coldest of hearts!

Hotel was great. Breakfast unfourtunatly was not great but typical hotel breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the grounds and rooms were immaculately clean, and the free breakfast was so tasty! We would recommend this location for any families passing through and will definitelybe returning.
