Americold Logistics Albertville

I arrived during lunch which was my longest wait time. They checked me in & got me a door right away & I was loaded quickly. I was there 2 hrs…..including my wait time while they were at lunch. Docks are a little tight depending which end of warehouse they load you from

Arrived a little early. Checked in with my pick-up number and was given a door. I was precooled to -10 already, opened my doors when instructed, and backed in with the tandems to the rear. I chocked the wheel and removed the red air line. Before too long, they came out and locked the gladhand. They came out and unlocked my gladhand and sealed me. In and out in 2hrs. Keep your pickup number handy to get your paperwork .

This was one of the most efficient Americold facilities that I’ve e been to, and I’ve been to quite a few. They’re a first come first served facility at least they were that day and it was like clockwork. I got in a door within 2 hours and was literally unloaded in 20 minutes, full truckload. Now if I can just find decent freight out of here I would be more than willing to come back to this facility

I had a great experience. Maybe it was my lucky day. Checked in at 2130 the night before my apt was at 0800. I checked in again at 0700 to make sure all was good and I was loaded by 0810.

One of the best Americolds I have been to. Was an hour late due to traffic issues. Had dispatch call them ahead of time and inform them of my ETA. They require a washout on ALL pick up's. No receipt, no load. Their main supplier is Tyson and that is their rule. Petro in Gadsden exit 181 I-59 has a tr wash. $45 for washout.

I don't normally give 5 stars. It's really hard to get from me. But these guys got me in a little early. They only took 30 mins to unload me and said if you need to finish out your 10 you can park over there..... what more can a trucker ask for. I'm happy.

They receive you one hour before your appointment time. They unloaded us in one hour. Nice people.
Make sure you arrive before your appointment time since the truck line at the check in gate is really long.

Arrived at 10.15 for 10 appointment. Got the door at 1.10. got loaded at 2.15. they're open 24 hrs. Over nite parking for 6/8 trucks. Just enough space to back safely. They open and close trailer door from inside.

Appointment was for 0700, got here at 0615 with less than hour on the clock and was put straight in a dock, was loaded in 1.5 hrs and was able to park onsite to finish my 10.... there is room for about 8 trks to park before or after appointment. Not a bad stop at all. Hope this helps, be safe

The two guys in shipping did everything they could to help me I really appreciate that. For that alone I give 5stars. They have over night parking. My appt was for 2300 got here at 0900 loaded at 1630 break almost over and time to roll

First time here and loading was quick. 1.5 hrs in and out

They are good essy to find alot of parking space a person at check in is nice person

Got here a day 10 hours before my pickup and got loaded within 2 hours....great job guys

Very nice place. Parking across the street. Checked in way before appointment and got out several hours early. Wear a safety best as posted

Nice place, friendly staff...appointment at 12, got there at 10:30, was out by 12

My appointment was 15:00 and get there 6am I get loaded right away 👍 make sure before u get there you have to run your reefer
they have overnight parking

Great people here place to park if need to. Came in early left way ahead appointment time

Not to much room to back into docks so have tandems forward, then slide to rear for loading/ unloading... staff where very friendly and professional... Checked in early and loaded and leaving b4 appt. time.

They have gotten alot better since my last review.....
