I don't give 5 stars often. Usually 4 stars is a great encounter. Russ is an excellent proprietor showing that top notch customer service is what makes a winning business. Definitely is my go to guy from now on.

Super great service. He showed me how to change strings and adjust the truss rod properly. I would recommend this store to people with all levels of experience. Russ knows what he’s talking about.

There hours are just about the strangest especially for a music store

If are going to say you are open from 10am to 2pm on saterday then be open or change your times on google I drove a half an hour just to come here because it said they would be open and they weren't.
