Called as I was having some issues with my phone and talked to Ali. The sweetest girl I've ever had deal with a phone issue. She was super kind and very supportive. She addressed and walked me through on fixing the issue I was having. Great customer service! I'm not sure on her status there but her quickness and kindness definitely deserves some recognition! Get that girl a raise!!

Wow usually when I go into phone places they make me feel like I’m being dramatic about my phone! But I had just the best customer service with their rep Amanda she help me so much and even showed me things about my phone that I didn’t even know how to do! If I could give her a raise I would bless her heart for being so patient with me and taking her time never once made me feel stupid about my questions or anything!

This store is a little bit pricier than going to amazon or another online retailer, but the service is absolutely outstanding! The employees there have never been less than amazing, and incredibly respectable people.
