Me and my husband had a very good experience. Your worker told us bout your products. She also made extra effort making sure our product worked before we bought it. She was nice and professional. Sorry forgot her name but I was there around 2:30 on July 29, 2019.

The employee is so informative and she's is such a sweetheart I greatly appreciate her kindness and customer service.

WORST customer experience EVER. Clerk was nosey, pushy, and very rude. Planned to shop privately with my husband, but clerk insisted on interjecting her unwanted opinion in our conversation to the point of arguing with us. Do yourself a favor, owner/s, and dismiss the ride clerk who was working about 4pm on 05/19/18. She's a hot mess, and lost your business revenue. Don't shop here...
Just found another place.

Bought a product only got to use it for 10 mins tried to return same day and they wouldn't refund. Stated that all sales are final! The lady didn't even know how to refer me to where to get product fixed or warranty replaced. Guess now will do all shopping online.

Have bought half a dozen toys the past 2 months and none worked over a day before broke...they must buy from a secondhand place because its all junk!!!!

Stopped in twice now and both times I have been told arcade is closed will not be back the way I see it hours of operation are posted for a reason
