They do a fine job on getting equipment fixed and out the door.

Brought combine in to get list of needed repairs from service manager to be field ready! Service manager told me a price and i said ok proceed as i didn't want to exceed certain amount...they got right on first repair, then week later i asked if it was completed and i was told they were super busy with new machines...so i said no worries i understand and was told another week it will be completed! stopped by on the 26th and nothing more had been completed, i asked for invoice as i would take my business else where, service tech wasn't in that day so i was told to come back next day to get total..invoice was for nearly my not to exceed amount and not nearly any of the listed repairs were completed! Then service manager wants to disagree on what was agreed on to be completed and field ready as he stated!!! needless to say 45 minutes before close of business i ask for them to fax me a copy of the invoice and never received that. personally i wonder if left hand knows what right hand is doing there!!! definately not a small farmer friendly place of business...
