I was having a lot of pain with my left metatarsal and he knew exactly what to do to fix it.

A little expensive, but probably because you get what you pay for. Great service for my sister, and I will probably come back for myself some shoes.

I'm traveling from Alaska. My boot zipper broke. I called and was told they don't do repairs anylonger. I explained what I needed and the owner took pity on me.it took him 5 minutes to open my zipper put a new slide in and resew the top of the zipper. I was so happy. Cost was very reasonable. I went to Happy feet years ago as i have been in so much pain from Plantar Fasciitis. A prominent shoe store in town told me i needed to buy a expensive pair of shoes. I was in so much pain I almost fell for it. I'd do anything to get out of the pain I was in. Steve helped me tremendously. He got me shoe inserts to fit my foot/shoes. He made them right then and there. I still have those inserts. I haven't had any issues since. Thank you Steve!

I was extremely happy with my experience here. It was very professional and I got some great shoes and orthotics to take care of my feet, knees and back. It was the first time in years I didn't feel pain when I walked.

Steve at Happy Feet is incredibly knowledgeable and really helped me understand the issues I was having with my feet when trying to walk long distances. He fixed the issues the other so called expert feet stores had gotten wrong. I will be back to buy more corrective inserts and won't trust anyone else for my feet exercising needs.

I took my work shoes into Happy Feet. He fitted me with better insoles. Took the time to put a padding into front of she to keep my foot from sliding around. Gave me some info and instructions for doing stretches. Definitely great service. Thank you.

My doctor prescribed compression socks for me yesterday. I purchased them here and received Superior customer service and exactly "what the doctor ordered!" I purchased one pair today and ordered a second pair. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable too!

Sales person listened carefully to my information of doctor's recommended needs for my shoes, offered a selection of styles and patiently tried different sizes and styles until we got it just right, even though we left a large pile of boxes for him to put away. Best shoe buying experience I've ever had.

Very pleased with the service and knowledge of Steve. I was looking for shoes for my 88 year old mother. We did purchase a pair of shoes and Steve took the extra care and time to assure a good fit and comfort.

I had a great experiance at Happy Feet. I feel bad that I didnt catch the name of the gentleman that helped us but he was very informative and very willing to help in every way possible. I also noticed that whenever anyone came threw the door, someone was coming out of the back room in an instant willing to help the next guest. I have very severe feet problems and will be using happy feet from now on

Can't I give even more stars? This small business is wonderful and run by a guy that really knows his stuff about orthotics. On top of that he's personable and kind. I walked in, each step painful. Walked out, pain barely noticeable. Happy Feet is aptly named.

How wonderful to have found a place to re heel my eight year old favorite pair of boots. Great job, friendly and I even was able to purchase a very hard to find pair of shoes there. Well worth the drive from wausau for such great service!

I had brought my birkenstocks in that were VERY MUCH LOVED and they were so wrecked that i thought i was going to have to say goodbye to them, but Scott had save them. My shoes have been soaked with a hose, left out in the rain, been stepped on and worn for 3 straight summers basically everyday, the straps are starting to rip but my biggest concern was that the cork was soooooo damaged and rubber sole, both shoes had the rubber sole worn off to a point were the cork was falling apart because the sole was GONE and Happy Feet did a amzing job giving them life again. They replaced the cork and leveled it out and can hardly even notice that they did unless you knew about it and they replaced the rubber sole that had to get fixed as well and leveled it off with the original rubber sole so it was even, im so so happy with them and would say that if your birks are falling apart or need some tlc, take them here and its a super resonable price too. It costed me $15 some odd dollars to get both fixed and if i wanted the entire rubber sole to be replace he said it wouldve been around $30 some dollars. Also it only took 2 days to get them fixed. very pleased
