I called about an hour before closing on a Sunday, and they were able to fit me in. And, given the late timing on my part, they didn't rush me through. They took their time and did a really good job on my manicure.

I have been going to this nail salon for about 10 years & love them here! They are always nice & do a great job. They’re very clean! 😊
I was there today & overheard someone complain she could not get what she wanted in a timely fashion even though she did not make an appointment.. when appointments take precedence. She responded to the management that appointments are too often not on time but it is hard to dictate when people come in wanting time-consuming designs, nail art, etc. I hope the staff did not get discouraged by this woman getting upset. If waiting at a nail salon is the downfall of your day, you’re living a pretty good life & should be living with more gratitude. Keep doing great work Super Star Nails! 😁💅🏽

Very clean, friendly staff, I’ve been to quite a few nail places in Bangor and Superstar nails is by far the best. I would recommend Superstar to anyone. I’ve wanted a specific nail shape (tapered square)for a while now and over and over again I left multiple nail salons disappointed, Superstar nails went above and beyond and got the shaping perfect. Highly recommend.

i go in all the time and have never had a bad experience, my nails always come out beautifully, they’re very accommodating with scheduling, would 100% recommend

I am so so pleased with the outcome I received!!!! The nail tech replicated the reference photo I showed them exactly! The salon is so clean and comfortable, and the service is wonderful! I had such a great experience here and will definitely return. I would recommend this salon to anyone in the Orono/ Bangor/ Brewer area. The best salon I’ve tried in the area by far.

Never had my nails done professionally before so I didn't really know what to ask for so I just said acrylics and showed them a picture of the coffin shape nails I found online and choose the colors.
I apologize greatly to the workers that I had a hard time understanding them but they were incredibly kind and patient through it helping me.
Will definitely be going back again! Thank you for the wonderful job you did!!! My before and after 😊😊 thank you thank you thank you!! Wish I got the name of my mail person to request for next time!

This was my very first time getting my nails done professionally and I love it! This place is amazing and my nails came out awesome and just the way I wanted! I am sorry to the man that was doing my nails because I couldn't quite understand him but he was very kind!

Me and two of my granddaughters went there and they were so nice made us feel like home.Would go back again and recommend it to great place

Best service ever! Had an appointment and only had to wait a few minutes. Very close attention to detail and it was almost exact to what I showed. I paid $75 and it was worth it in my opinion!

In love with my Easter nails! Everything was super clean and only a 3$ charge to get 5 different colors! I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time and they were able to sit me down basically right away!

A great salon! Clean and efficient. Staff were very kind. Disclaimer though, they don’t like accepting cards, they much prefer cash, which isn’t advertised anywhere so it’s a good thing to know!
