Point Forward Physical Therapy

I join Point Forward physical therapy for their weekly run club and it has vastly improved my endurance. Having PTs who join for the run and can talk us through injuries during our training is such a blessing. Great staff and service all-around!

Point Forward PT was voted the best in Portage Co. in 2021, and there’s a reason why. All of the therapists are amazing. They help you achieve your goals and support the best possible outcome for you. I’ve worked with Ryan, and have had great success. The environment is positive and encouraging.

Point Forward Physical Therapy is truly here for the community. Nate is especially kind and encouraging when working with my daughter (11). He's great at identifying deficiencies and structuring a plan to motivate and get her stronger, safely. I have been a patient here for 3 years and wouldn't consult with anyone else. On a side note the Point Forward Running Club is the greatest group runners, who are all encouraging, supportive and funny.

Kendra is great staff listens well and it been helping with dry needling and retaining my muscles

They are the difference when it comes to PT, not the norm. Finally got results. They are sooo awesome. Just can't say enough thanks for teaching me the correct exercises to get my posture back. Which gave me my life back. Thanks bunches!

The physical therapist's are very educated and nice. They adapt to your needs and you are never pushed.

Staff is super friendly and asks the patients input. Goes above and beyond to help us get better and stay better.

I go here for all my running injuries they are the best that I know of. Would recommend for anyone 10/10

They worked me hard but it was worth it

Ryan is the best!!

Not worth my time, they left me completely stranded after my surgery. I called back in mid-June and scheduled 5 different appointments through the first half of August for therapy on my left knee after my surgery in late July.
Upon arriving for my first appointment, I was told that they had nothing on their calendar for any of the appointments that I had prescheduled back in June. I never received a call to let me know that my appointments had been cancelled or that my physical therapist no longer worked at Point Forward.
I was only able to schedule one PT appointment with another therapist between 8/4/23 and 8/29/23. Now a week after my surgery, I was left to scramble and find another facility at the last minute to find availability for PT. Thankfully, I was able to find someone to accommodate PT needs in such short notice. I will not be back and I am happy to be moving on to a better place.
