Roland is the guy. He really has a good customer service skills, never said no to whatever you asked. He offered me to leave my trailer there for whenever I want without charging a storage fee and the PM service is cheaper than the other dealer next town over. I really recommend this place for any reefer problems.

We use the Plover location for our equipment. Great people, great service! We quite often take advantage of their mobile truck. Tex, the mobile technician, is awesome! Really knows his stuff and stays as long as it takes to get the job done!

Needed a part in MN and Roland, the service manager, offered to drive the part over 3.5 hours one way to deliver it. Exceptional customer service and will bend over backwards to ensure your refrigerated load stays cold. Thank you guys.

Have worked with Decleen/Gateway for many years dealing with their Tecnician Tex. By far one of the best techs I have dealt with. He will bend over backwards and work overtime to ensure the job is done, and done right.

Very honest worker shop people have old school ways of doing things. I think some shops could learn a thing or two from the guys very good customer service

Had a battery go bad on reefer comp called them and he was there in an hr and had me up and goin within 20 mn.
