Everyone at Placeway Pools is fantastic to work with, especially Jenny, Colette and Brian. They are very responsive to our questions and help us keep our hot tub and pool in top shape so we can relax and enjoy them. I love that I am able to support a fantastic small business and get personal service and attention I couldn't get if I shopped online.

Staff are awesome. Help you out as best as they can they have been keeping our hot tub up and going.

Went in with my family to search for a piece to connect our new sand filter to the former pump. This piece doesn't really exist. Even though the gentleman that helped us figure this out didn't make a sale he not only gave me the measurements for pieces to use, took the time to find them, fit them in place and directed us to where we could find these items. We will be coming here for anything pool related. This guy went above and beyond, I only wish I had caught his name to give a proper shoutout.

Bought a great Finleo sauna from this excellent establishment. The owner and his assistant installed it in our home with total care and professionalism. Going back for some lawn furniture soon and a grill! A hot tub too! Shop here, shop here, shop here! Awesome!! 😀

Thanks to Jenny for diagnosing my hot tub heater and pump issues by video! Ken came out right away and did an outstanding job of explaining what needed to be done and taking care of the repairs. Very impressed with the service I received!

I have bought from Mike, Brian and Jen for many moons. They were in a cute little building south of their current location. I have gotten super service from them. All their recommendations have been spot on over the years. You can go cheaper but your pool, mechanical parts and sanity are going to suffer. I wish there was more than five stars...keep up the great work guys.

We've been loyal customers for nearly 30 years. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Service is excellent. We have both an above ground pool and a hot tub. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

But as a retailer with over 30 years experience felt qualified to leave this review.Spent a busy saturday at the plover store and was impressed.
While the pace is a little slower than we experience in florida the service is top notch.In the spring they are opening up products that have been frozen for months,maybe longer.
The way the staff responded to concerns and questions was excellent.Everyone was well trained and knowledgeable and patient.
Witnessed a customer who admitted he did the wrong thing receive a
part for his 15 year old spa for no charge,just happened to have one.
The grey area things separate businesses,highly reccomend.

I always leave there with a smile. The staff is very helpful and answers every possible question you have and breaks it down so I understand. Very happy I bought my pool, accessories, and all of my chemicals there.

Wide selection of spas. Excellent service. They removed an old spa from a secondary story deck (not a task I wanted to undertake) and replaced it with a new spa that has worked perfectly. Cheerfully performs water tests.

Great place for spa and pools, sales and service exleclent!! There knowledge is the best on water repair. Just ask a question and they got the answer or if they don't have it, will get one.

Placeway came out same day to replace our circulation pump on our hot tub. I would highly recommend them to anyone in central Wisconsin for hot tub repairs.
