Outstanding hotel.

For work I spend 120 nights a year in hotels, so I know good hotels.

Clean rooms very friendly staff good internet.

For the 3rd year in a row, I have stayed at this property for deer hunting opener. Every year this hotel has not disappointed.

Daniel at the front desk is awesome. House keeping works hard and is very friendly.

Great location, close to the interstate. Room was quite nice, considering it's a lower tier Marriott. Staff was friendly and efficient, and one of the best post-covid breakfasts I've had. The scrambled eggs were fully cooked, but exceptionally tender.

Fairfield in Stevens Point was exceptional. Friendly service. Upgrade given to a king suite from a prior request when we arrived. We are Marriott Bonvoy Gold members & this brand has become our favorite. Nice clean room. ample space, comfortable bed, & quiet. The complimentary morning breakfast was all & more. Well supplied & was being well attended & kept clean.

Fairfield always seems like the right value. Reasonably priced and the only drawback seems to be their efficient tight layout.

The staff was excellent at checkin and around the free breakfast area as well. Even a little mini sitting area outside was a helpful break. Whirlpool looked under repair, but I wouldn't have used it anyway.

Check in was a breeze even without a reservation. Very friendly staff! Made suggestions on where to eat and helped answer questions on the local history. The room was one of the cleanest I've stayed in. Definitely will be staying here again!!!

The staff here is amazing! We left a few belongings behind and everyone was so kind and helpful. The manager Steven was so great with helping us get our items shipped back, I can't say enough good things!

Overall, a very clean and well kept hotel. The staff was all very nice. They don’t clean your rooms unless you ask, so be aware of that. The breakfast had a great spread. Many hot and cold options including fresh fruit. All the essentials in the gym for a good workout. You can hear some noise bleeding from other rooms if they are being super loud, but it wasn’t too bad. I had a large group of rooms and they had all the keys ready to go when we got there which was very much appreciated after being on the road for hours.

Nice moderately priced hotel, front desk person was friendly and helpful, room clean and great shower. Free breakfast always a plus.

Quick additional comment. Upon arriving home, my son could not find his ear buds. I made a quick call to the hotel and the front desk lady, Dana, went right up to the room and found them. I appreciate the immediate action to find them.

Very clean rooms and great service.

This is the second year in a row that I’ve stayed at this hotel and had this consistent experience. What a fantastic hotel, incredible staff, clean rooms wonderful people I have nothing but great things to say about it. I’ll be happy to go back there anytime I’m in the area.

Great service and clean rooms. I had lost my wireless ear buds and I called back when sitting in the airport the staff search the room and laundry to no avail, however they called me back and followed up via chat on the app assuring me they looked everywhere. They did as there was a hole in my backpack which they fell into another pocked. Most embarrassing for me I called and told them of my error and they were most gracious.

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Great lighting in the parking lot, only downside is the lighting can shine into some of the rooms between the curtains. Look forward to visiting again! Hopefully post Covid the breakfast will return to a more traditional hotel style buffet.

We stay here every year for Special Olympics Summer Games. They are very accommodating to make sure everyone is wel taken care of. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and they have working AC!! Each room is very spacious! The location should also be noted as it is close to fast food places and target.

Just arrived and checked into my room. Its absolutely spotless and the staff gave a detailed but concise rundown of their services right away. They were all so friendly and for the quality of the room and customer service, its insanely affordable

The hotel staff are hands-down the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with. I’ve traveled the world over and I’ve never encountered such kind, genuine people. As a business traveler, I wish there were more hotels staffed with such lovely individuals. I can’t say enough about the place.

Nice hotel. I was in town for the Iola car show and this hotel was great. The employees were very nice. Also the air conditioning blast that you got when you walked in was great after a long day. The breakfast was also always great...... except for the vegetarian sausage NEVER serve that again.

Newly remodeled Fairfield. Very clean rooms and common areas, and everything was is great shape. They've done a great job improving the breakfast as well- the eggs actually taste like eggs, unlike what you get at most free breakfasts. The staff was extremely helpful- we had a couple of special requests that they were more than happy to accommodate. Going back in a few weeks and looking forward to it.

The front desk attendant was very nice and helpful making sure to greet me and ask questions. He made sure to find us a room that would be quiet since there was a tournament in town. Nice room and breakfast, breakfast attendant was trying very hard to keep everything fresh and full.

Very nice hotel. I stay at a lot of fairfield inns and this is one of the older properties but it has been updated and was very clean and in very good shape. They have a pool, hot tub and fitness center. They are going above and beyond on covid guidelines to make sure everyone stays safe and healthy. The breakfast is more scaled back due to covid 19 but I still thought it was great, just more grab and go style, bagels, pre packaged cereal, juice, that kind of thing. Very friendly employees a well. I recommend this hotel
