Matt and Anthony did a great job! First time getting a new phone has been a pleasant, efficient experience. This will be our home store from now on! These two men are a credit to their profession.

Spencer was incredibly helpful and very patient. He helped me upgrade and transfer everything for 3 different phones plus helped me figure out the best solution for our needs. The store was very easy to find and the fact that it wasn’t busy was also great. Seriously the best visit to a Verizon - hands down 👍

I recently switched providers and came into the store here to get a new phone. I have to say I am very impressed with the customer service I received. The gentleman who helped me was pleasant and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the benefits of my new plan in great detail. I believe his name was Spencer. I am not very tech savvy and he did a wonderful job of explaining things in such a way that I did not feel like he was talking down to me. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Spencer helped my family and I navigate the grueling process of getting our phones set up on a new plan. Even staying 2 HOURS after closing to accomplish this. Thanks for the great customer service. Will be doing business in the near future! Well done.

Spencer is an alright guy but he could use a haircut & a shave. Worlds-okayest-saleman.Overall, he's my go to guy for anything tech and would recomend him to all.
