We were helped directly after entering the store, and bought a full living room set with warranty. Which paid off, with my kids staining the couch with their lunchtime snacks. They were easy to naviagate and next thing I knew we had a service technician out to fix our couch and get rid of the stains.

Can't express how great of service we received yesterday in Plover, we had been to many other places looking for a new stove and fridge , Couldn't get the time of day from the salespeople,
ended up with you. The best part was the salesman Chris Ladwig. How nice to have a salesman who knows the products, answered our questions, and take the time to work with us. Thanks Chris you made our day. This is what brings us back to this store for all our furniture needs.

Came in for a mattress. Worked with the sales person Mike, who was very informative helpful and left me to try the mattresses at my own pace. Great experience and bought a mattress.

When I went to the store, I expected a sales person to pounce on me. It didn't happen - which made me very happy. I get that they make their money on commission, but give the customer time to browse before approaching them. It wasn't until I had a question & sought out a sales person before I met Pat Kellers. He answered my questions thoroughly & plugged in a chair that I was looking at so I could see how it worked. I loved it & bought it. When it came to delivery, the app showing where the driver is was so cool! I got real time updates on where the driver is & approximately when he would arrive - it was very accurate! The driver (Dan) went above & beyond so I gave him a tip. All in all I'm very happy with my purchase. The only thing I would change is the cost of delivery. I thought it was a bit steep for a local delivery.

We came in to look at mattresses and found an adjustable base , both for less than we saw at another store and bonus, saw a couch we liked as well.

We had a great experience when we were looking for a new mattress. I never knew there were so many options it was overwhelming. Thankfully the staff was very knowledgeable and patient with us. They helped us choose the best mattress for us. We learned that what we thought we wanted wasn’t what we needed. We are very happy with our new mattress.

My husband and I moved to the area and bought furniture for our new home. The experience was great from store to my door on delivery! Thank You for helping us make our home look AMAZING! Love the product, so many options!

The man put together my frame the box spring frame and the mattress encasement. He was very helpful.

We had a great experience at this store! We purchased a sofa and chair and a half, the belcampo jute set. We have had them for roughly 3 months now and we love them tremendously! Mike was our sales associate and he was wonderful. He didn’t follow us around like most the other ones do. He let us look at our leisure and we went to him with our questions. I would highly recommend him to work with. I also just placed the order for the matching ottoman because I just decided I wanted it. Would recommend! 😊

A fantastic experience shopping for a king-size book case headboard from start to finish. Helpful, pressure-free and knowledgeable sales staff who went the extra mile to find what I wanted and were patient with me while I communicated via FB messenger w/ my wife to get her questions answered. The delivery was quick & the gentlemen were efficient, careful and friendly. The service and product far exceeded my expectations.

The Plover store has an array of beautiful furniture and decor. The designers certainly have a tasteful flare of putting pieces together. Was very pleased with the service of my visits. The two gentlemen that delivered my order were very personable and professional. I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality of my Flex Steel Rocker Recliner. I am one happy customer and will go back for future purchases in the future!

We always, always have a great experience when buying at Furniture & ApplianceMart in Plover, and our recent purchase was no exception! We were in a pinch for a queen-sized bedframe & box spring, two days before our company was arriving, and amidst the Thanksgiving holiday. Tricia efficiently located what we needed, and she was both helpful with advice as well as respectful.

On a late Christmas shopping excursion, for a new Christmas idea for our adult son, we stopped into Furniture & Appliance Mart in Plover. We weren't sure we could afford this item for our son, but wanted to try to make his Christmas a bit brighter. What we experienced brighten our day and shopping outing. Mike greeted us at the door, (I was apprehensive) because I struggle with pushy sales folk. He listened to what we were trying to find, asked us some questions to gather information and led us directly to a piece we had viewed on their website. It was affordable, perfect for our needs, although we would have to wait to receive it after Xmas. I little disappointed but after talking through our options, it would work out okay. As we waited for Mike to return to us on the sales floor, he had gone to check on some other options, he came back to tell us that he did find one in stock and we would be taking it home in a few minutes. :) We were so happy, pleased with his dedication to serving us, his friendly personality, knowledge of product and over all a great way to close out our 2020 Christmas shopping. Thanks so much Mike, we can't wait for our son to open the gift on Xmas Eve.

Looking for a refrigerator many specs needed and they hunted until they found just what we wanted for a specific space Scott was awesome

We purchased bedroom furniture from Lisa. Couldn't say enough. Very nice, professional and knew the ins and outs of all furniture that we looked at helping us find the final set. But delivery was based on technology. I replied to the text for delivery. Unfortunately, the text was never received. Thus the issues. But in the end Pat (Sales), Kay, Tristan and Alan were all wonderful. Earlier in the day I had the old bedroom set donated waiting for the new. When it never came I called and then went down to the store. Explaining that a family member is disabled and needs a bed. Pat was going to bring his own things from home to make sure this would be done. How kind is that?? Kay, helped to facilitate delivery and was absolutely wonderful. And two young men Tristan and Alan came home from Wausau deliveries. They did this after hours and they have no idea how thankful we are. Can't say enough!! We will be back!!

I have been very pleased with many purchases from this store and my most recent one has been the same.

We picked up a bed and went through the trial period and found that it was not to our liking so we went through and upgraded to one that better suited our needs.

I want to thank Mary Beth for all her help with the reorder and delivery process, you were a Great Help and we cannot wait to get our new mattress this week.

Bought a mattress and box spring last year at a fabulous sale. Even with the savings I received a Gift Cert for 300.00 as part of the promotion. Just spent it with no strings attached before the expiration date. Both sales people were fabulous and I will be a returning customer!
