Just moved to New Richland and had to try the Cafe..
Great food
Felt very welcome there ..

The chicken sandwich was SO FRIGGIN GOOD! Waffle fries were amazing and the staff was INCREDIBLE! Only drawback was I spilled pop on myself, which was my fault, not the restaurants. Would HIGHLY recommend!

I've brought my kids here for breakfast a few times and the food is always great. My dad and I stopped in for a late lunch on a Tuesday and the dining room was quiet. My dad asked for a salad that was a bit different from the menu offerings and they were happy to make it for him. I tried the special of cheeseburger, fries, and coleslaw and it was seriously the BEST burger I've tasted in years. The bun was perfectly toasted, the cheese was melted, the burger was cooked perfectly, the pickles were delicious...I ate every bite! The fries were hot and crispy on the outside---perfection! I'm told these burgers are sold at the beach concessions building on St. Olaf lake in the summers--but I'm not waiting that long to go back for another :)

Excellent. This is a genuine mom and pop restaurant.
Open for breakfast and lunch.
The menu is simple but the quality of the food is beyond reproach. Friendly folks, all the local characters meet there every morning.

Always excited to go to a mom and pop cafe that serves a great breakfast buffet and yet let's you order off the menu. Always satisfied with the meal, the portions, and the staff. Dean and Theresa are awesome people.

Fantastic place to eat. We took a weekend to get off the beaten path and found the Red Leaf. Portions we're big, coffee was amazing and my husband had a juicy burger. I love when a restaurant serves tator tots! Service was wonderful!

Deano makes the best french toast. All the food is excellent. Theresa provides wonderful service with a smile and a great sense of humor. Their teamwork make the experience of eating there unsurpassable.

LOVE this place reminds me of old fashion home cooked meals. Love the staff they are amazing. They will treat you just like family with humor and personality. Reminds me of maple wood resturant.

Good was very tasty and fresh! Coffee is good, wait staff are friendly. LARGE portions of food. Coleslaw is seriously the best I've ever had. We will be back!!!!

Go food ,go prices, owner is very nice and does a great job help new waitress's learn the hostess job and people skills they need to do there job. Great experience eating there

Stopped in after finishing up a job to have a quick bite to eat, great food great service would definitely recommend anyone looking for food in Newrichland.

Portions are big. Food is so good, and so reasonably priced. Give it a go on Friday or Saturday nights for their specials. They also cater. A gem in a small town.
