I’ve landed in Oshkosh Nebraska several times. It is a beautiful setting in the North Platte valley. It is surrounded by the canyons to the south and the sandhills to the north. It is a very beautiful spot and very friendly people. The runway is very nice cement and it has a taxiway running the full length, there is one large main hanger and several smaller ones. Also, there is a restaurant right across the highway called the SNS café and another one about three blocks north on Main Street called the patriot. Both serve very good food.
