Three Lakes Hardware

This is an excellent hardware store, conveniently located, with everything you would ever want. High quality tools and great selection. I must say the gentleman behind the register is one of the most unfriendly people I've ever met. But that's part of the experience. Enjoy life while you can and go to your local hardware store!

We have always had great experiences! So glad there is a hardware store in Three Lakes! Makes it much easier on us folks visiting the area! Staff is always friendly and helpful!

I am at Jokin' Joes bait & tackle. A MUST place for all things fishing and the freshest cheese curds in the Northwoods. Also, the best jerky on the planet.

Nice selection of items, and also able to repair my John Deere mower at a reasonable cost. Very happy with them!

I was looking to rent a log splitter and the place I usually rent from wasn't open. I called Three Lakes Hardware and was quoted $40 for 5 hours, the same rate as Paul's rental in St. Germain so I thought great. When I went to pick the splitter up they charged me $50 for 4 hours. It was the same person that I had talked to on the phone and he explained that the price was for older equipment that they no longer had but was still in their system. No apology or compensation for the mix up. Next time I will wait for Paul's to be open.

Guy that owns this or works there. He is a bald guy and the worst at customer experience. He can care less about helping you and is just down right rude!!!!! I actually had over a $100 worth of stuff that I was buying and set it down because I will never give him business.

We went into hardware store 3 times. Three times and you’re out! We seemed to bother the guy (balding owner?) every time we went in. He is downright rude and condescending. No “how can I help you” or even just a smile. Why anyone would give this guy business is beyond me. We will drive elsewhere. If there was a category for zero stars, I would’ve hit that.

I’ve stopped into this place several times (most recently 5/27) in search of parts, screws, etc. Let’s just say the bald guy at the counter has zero personality and is down right rude. He could not be more put out by a customer seeking assistance. He is complete turn off to doing any business here. I’ll go where I’m greeted appropriately and someone thanks me for my business.

Was just there, had a bald guy w a goatee, w earring... very rude customer service, not a pleasant experience. Disappointing tell the guy have a good day, thankyou, no reply, has attitude from the beginning. Will never go there again, will be making the extra miles to Menards happily!

The clerk was rude condescending and treated us like we were a bother to him and unimportant, No customer service skills. I would recommend going somewhere else if possible!!!!! Wouldn't let me give no stars.

Not very pleasant people when you call and ask a question. Never had someone tell me on the phone to call back tomorrow as they couldn't answer too many questions...
