Barrett CPA, PC

I contacted Barrett CPA in late January of 2020 and provided all documentation to have my taxes prepared. I wanted to get them done early in the event I owed money. I made a few calls and asked to speak with Mr. Barrett for 5 minutes. It took me weeks for the office to give me an appointment. Mr. Barrett did not call at the time his office set for me to speak with him. I rescheduled at Mr. Barrett’s convenience and again he did not call when scheduled. I gave up on speaking with him and asked that he please just prepare my taxes (he had done for 2017 and 2018). I did not hear from him and finally gave up in May and sent my information to another preparer who got back to me with completed taxes in less than a week. I never did get ANY response from Mr. Barrett. Very unprofessional!
