Service was quick friendly and right on time! I had to bring my 8 year old with me for this Saturday service. They had a wonderful waiting room with donuts coffee and drinks for me and my son. I will definitely be back for service in the near future!

Kendra is a fantastic sales rep. I felt like I was having a conversation instead of buying a car. I told her what I wanted and was trying to accomplish at 9am and left with the vehicle at 12:30. Highly recommend! The entire staff was extremely pleasant.

Kendra is by far the best Salesperson we have ever dealt with. We have bought many cars over the years and she is hands down the best. We consider her more of a friend. They gave us a fair deal and we walked away with an Awesome truck

Della Service fit a task into their schedule to accommodate the customer. Explained time constraints on whether or not they could fit it in and finish. They did both in a timely manner. Great teamwork.

An excellent experience!! Matt Cowles (salesperson) IS extremely friendly and professional, tons of patience and honest. Ron Williams (manager) was great, fought for a better interest rate to get the deal done on the 2022 RAM TRX in my driveway. NO HIDDEN FEES. 4 hour drive upstate to make the deal was well worth it. Great people, much appreciated.

My experience at Della was top notch from the first day I walked in and met Mike ( general manager) and Kendra my sales associate …. To almost 2 months later when I purchased my Enclave.
Kendra was prompt to respond to questions, extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, patient, and so NOT sales driven; I knew I wanted to buy from THIS dealership.
Honest and fair is the motto Mike lives by and it’s evident with every person in the dealership!

Kendra is the best car sales person I have ever done business with. She was very easy to talk to, patient and understood my needs. Kendra and the sales manager, Ben worked with me so that I clearly understood all my options and the price for each. When it was time to sign the paper work, Michael thoroughly explained all the details and options to me and got me on my way very quickely. I think picking up the my new Envision took only about an hour which I appreciated. The dealership has a very friendly environment which leads me to believe the owners care about their employees. That care absolutely carries over to the patrons. Thank you for an amazing car and great experience.

Brandon was very helpful. He explained our options and gave us a solution for turning in our lease ahead of time. We were just looking and ended up leaving with a new car.

Everyone there makes you feel like you are right at home they are so friendly and they always ask if I would like coffee and a donut
And of course they do excellent work on my truck no matter what the problem or just in for a oil change

Recently my Dad had asked me to go with him to get his new car at D’Ella Cadillac (across the parking lot from where we usually go / D’Ella Honda). Matt Cowles was wonderful to work with for him especially all the questions he had along the way before the vehicle delivery. On the day we went to pick up the new XT5 Matt worked with Brandon to process the paperwork to get us on our way very efficiently. Two days ago I walked into Della in Queensbury. I was fortunate to be greeted by Kendra Arpey. Today I drove home the car of my dreams. Kendra was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and fun! Buying a vehicle is stressful. Kendra eased my mind and walked me through the process without a glitch. It was like we were friends and she knew exactly what I wanted. Also, everyone I met at Della deserves 5 stars. (But, I’d give Kendra 10 stars if I could😉) It’s no wonder they’ve been in business 40 yrs!

I had my Terrain for a few days and ended up getting a stain in the seat and because I got the coating package I was able to get a new seat for free since service was not able to get the stain out! The service manager Fred is great! I had an unfortunate event with my car and needed to have it looked at. I was unsure if I could drive it down the road from my apartment to the dealership. He took his own time after work one night to come to my car and look at it and see if it was drive able. The next day I took my car down there and they were able to help me. He went over everything with me so I understood it. Everyone there is so great!!

Picked up where another dealership refused to look into my truck further and FIXED IT. Beyond thankful for these guys doing the right thing.
