Our company recently bought a Lexus LS 460 from Fidelity Auto and from start to finish it was topnotch. Even the follow up phone calls after the purchase to make sure that we were happy was a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends.

When someone totaled my 04 Element, I was grief-stricken. I looked on Car Gurus for another because I couldn’t imagine driving anything else. That’s how I found Joe, the “Element Guy” at Fidelity Auto. I felt completely at ease with him from our first contact. He really listened. He was honest and forthcoming. Photos on the site (including the underbody) accurately reflected the car’s condition. He reworked the numbers to fit my budget. I test drove the car that day. It was every bit the cherry Joe said it was, and they had done everything he said (new battery and tires, detailing). He was efficient with the paperwork and had the car ready to go on pick-up day. Back at the ranch, I waited for the other shoe to drop. It never did. CarFax came back clean, garage floor stayed clean, inspection at Honda was (yep!) clean. I’m delighted with my new-to-me Element. When I'm in the market for another car (Element or otherwise), Joe at Fidelity will be my first call. THANK YOU!

I am writing this review after using my rav4, which i bought from Fidelity, for almost 5 months now. I can undoubtedly say that i got very good deal at Fidelity and definitely recommend Fidelity to everyone who looking is for a used car.

Jonathan is very helpful and always answers your questions. I have called him lot of times after buying my car from him and he has always answered them with smile and satisfactorily. He has always gone extra mile to help me.

Where do you go when you've owned a car for 21 years, and you have to replace it with the one-and-only right car? FIDELITY! Jonathan and Joe are some of the nicest people on the planet. It took me a while to figure out what kind of car I wanted, which Fidelity helped me through that process. When I found the make/model I wanted, Jonathan worked daily to find the exact model, color, interior, low mileage, excellent condition, no accidents, ... and it h.a.d. to be a manual transmission. He found the car in California. I love my new, used car! The price was fair and honest. The car came through in the exact condition as it was rated. No surprises!! I haven't had any need for service, but I can tell that these guys will be there for me with any issues. As someone posted in their review, trust the process and trust these guys.

I purchased a 2015 Jaguar XF from Fidelity Auto today and it could not have gone any smoother. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the process. I live in Boston, found exact car I was looking for at Fidelity Auto & Trucks in Ohio. After reading reviews I was confident to trust these guys and get the car. the people at Fidelity Leasing were very friendly and helpful. i was looking for a car but did not really know what i wanted and they were very helpful and took the time to first figure out what my needs were and showing me various options to meet those needs.

they seemed more interested in helping me find the right car rather then just make a sale. my experience with them was great - low stress, very helpful and very personal. after finding the car i wanted they took the time to go over each step and making it as painless as possible. from start to finish they were top notch.

I recently just purchased a scion tc from Fidelity. It was hands down the best car sales experience I've ever had. Immediately upon entering we received complimentary drinks and each employee was very polite. Before going to Fidelity i was declined by several banks for lack of established credit. John assured me he'd do everything he could to help me get the car i wanted. He stood by his word to the very end. The vehicle is everything he promised it would be. He kindly explained the car fax to me as well as all other paper work. He was very honest with me and efficient in making sure i completely understood everything before i left the dealership. A truly different buying experience with no pressure whatsoever. The folks running the place have amazing experience in the auto industry and with this heritage have focused on high customer satisfaction and an exemplary experience for buyers.

The price was competitive for a 2013 C300 which I had spotted when renting a car a week prior, and Jonathon and Joe spent time with me on the phone and in person answering all manner of questions, they were courteous, honest and at times demonstrated patience. Trading in my old vehicle and arranging financing was straightforward, and again without the drama and shadiness of your more typical dealerships.
