I am truly satisfied with Penny Pennell and her team! They are kind, patient, and extremely helpful to get you the coverage that you truly need. My family has been with Penny’s office for over 10 years and have remained with her agency even after we moved out of the area several years ago. I would highly recommend her office if you’re looking for a trustworthy agent!

They’ve been great to work with regardless of who’ve I’ve spoken to. They all are able to identify why I’m calling and help me without a run around to talk to someone else. They’ve saved me over $100 on my monthly car insurance bill and made the transition smooth and seamless. So far I’m loving my State Farm neighbor!!

This office is always very clean and smelling very nice. You can breathe in kindness and peace when you walk in. The staff is incredibly amazing and always go above and beyond to assist. Always greeting people with a smile even in the middle of chaos. They prioritize their customers and their needs. They have bilingual staff members that are amazing and help relief some worries of people in our community. Best office and staff!
