Out of the 2 Verizon stores in town, this one is by far the absolute best!! I went in to take advantage of the recent holiday deal and ran into some technical issues. Doug and his manager Lenny were absolute rockstars! Doug fought with many departments along side me, on the phone for a few hours just to get things straightened out and taken care of. We will continue to go back and deal with Doug.
