Tusc Family Dental

Honestly, I am not usually one who writes reviews, good or bad, I just don’t ever want to take the time to do them, but I’ve got to get this one out there. I recently moved into the area and had all intentions of keeping the dentist I have had for years back in my hometown (25-30 minutes away). That is, until after someone had told me about Tusc Family Dental and I read some reviews. Let me say, that why I didn’t have any real major dental work done, just a routine cleaning, x-rays, etc., the experience of trying their office out for the first time is what truly left the best impression. From the time I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted with such warmth and happiness from 2 of the staff. They were very thorough and excellent at explaining the steps with completing the paperwork necessary at the beginning of my visit. The girl handling my x-rays and getting me situated in the chair for the cleaning was so friendly and professional, she really made me feel at home. The dentist themself was also very friendly and professional, and went over and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible before, during and after my cleaning. Not only did I leave the office with a smile on my face, but I left with another scheduled appointment in 6 months and a wonderful feeling knowing that I have found a dental office that I love close to my new home that surpassed any expectation I could have had. I’m so happy I found them and even more happy that I took a chance and gave them a try.

Made the switch here a little over a year ago and couldn’t be happier! Staff is kind and atmosphere is family friendly. We have a 6 year old and 4 year old who love going to see the dentist! They tell you only what needs done and work with you to do what you can afford when. Grateful to have a place like this in our community without having to go elsewhere.

This was my first time going to this office and I was so impressed with their staff. The ladies I interacted with were both very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. If I could give the receptionist and the dental hygienist (Megan) 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist office.

Due to new insurance I needed a new dentist in my network. Glad I did because I called yesterday morning and was able to get an appointment for yesterday afternoon. When I got there it was like I had been a patient for a long time. Was very pleased with the staff on their friendly welcome and the professional services.

After I moved here, I was dreading finding a new Dentist. I came here because it was close and I'm so glad I did! Dr. C is wonderful and I love the girls. The office is comfy and there's awesome music to listen to, with good coffee while you wait.

Very professional and ALWAYS willing to see you promptly in an emergency. If anyone is looking for that in the dental field, I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to you.

Great dental work!

The lady that answered the phone was very rude when asked about pricing on getting a tooth pulled. I went in a year ago for a filling in front tooth, it lasted a few months and started cracking already. I’ve been putting it off to get it fixed. Now it’s causing me pain. I called to make app to get it fixed and again the lady was not very friendly. Makes me wanna go somewhere else. Pricing seemed high as well. $600 for 2 fillings.
